I really enjoyed the chili Now if I can get the dosage correct and not feel as hungry in the evening everything would be much better! This morning have the rumbly tummy which I usually dont have but not wanting to chew my arm off or anything..maybe I should lower doses each time to 5 drops and continue with 6 times a day?? Just want it right if anyone has suggestions.
Good for you! Mine's creeping in the right direction as well... whew! I'd love someone to explain the whole changing dose issue. I don't understand lowering the drops to feel less hungry... how does that work?

I've lost a total of 6.2 in 2 weeks, not happy! I guess it's something though right?! Anyway, onward and downward.

Happy, happy Friday all! One more week until my planned interruption and Sedona! Woot!
Hang in there- this next week will be YOUR WEEK! stay positive and stay on track!

Good morning everyone! I just haven;t been able to catch up with all of these posts so far in July! Keep trying to read but it has been a busy week. No news on the job interview yet but I have learned that they typically don't get back to you as quick as they said they would. she said she was going to make her decision next week or possibly as early as end of this week so I'm not sweating it. Finally got a good nights sleep last night - haven't had one of those for about a week.
    FOOD **** ALERT
Anyway - here I am on day 14 of p4. My adjusted ldw as 132.0. I've been between 132 and 136 with a couple steak days in there. This morning I was at 135.1 so had planned on a steak day today. I just ate a cheese stick as I was about ready to eat my arm off. Tummy was just a growling away. I'll try to hold off and not have anything else until my steak/apple for dinner. Life has been pretty hectic which has also caused my plan to ease into p4 to go askew. Some of the p4 foods I have had are peanuts, ezekiel bread, regular salad dressing, potatoes, sweet potatoe fries, potato chips (just a couple), chocolate, pasta salad, broccoli salad, mayo, Arby's (sans the bun), hard cider, beer, and the list goes on. I was a bit stressed after my interview earlier this week - and had 4 (yes four) handfuls of M&M's that night - and the scale budged up .4.
Not bad considering....anyway plan is to finish my steak day, have a HPD sticking with mainly p3 foods for tomorrow. The good news is that when I'm up - the steak days, HPD's and alternating higher and lower calorie days seem to get me back where I should be!

    R1 (40 day) p2, lost 24 pounds, 21 inches!! avg loss .55 per day
    R2 (38 day) p2, lost 21.6 pounds, 13.5 inches! avg loss .56 per day
    R3 (31 day) p2, lost 18.8 pounds, 8.5 inches! avg loss .61 per day
    R4 lost 26.3

But you are on your 3rd round, this is the first for MZ50, so isn't it better
to call it a day and move on, basically follow the protocol and finish the round
    with a P3 and P4?

DH and I are discussing postponing my diet till i can have a clear 40 days. I really don't want to postpone it, but it seems reasonable to not jump into it, IDK. I only started researching up on the diet this week. Is that to soon to start w/o being fully prepared?

whoops, I'm confused, you did a planned interruption after 41 days into the diet? , I thought the end of P2 is 40 days?

I don't think it matters how long you go, Albinco went 50+ days. I'm just continuing to get the last 5 lbs off.

But does it matter that I had to re-lose the same weight R1 and R2? I wanted to reach my ultimate goal this time and the only way to keep my head in it was to interrupt. If i did a full P3 and P4, i was afraid old ways would set in. I was never where I wanted to be weight wise before which is maybe why it was too easy to go back up.

You can stop any time after 23 days. Some people have gon over 70+ days on P2, all depends
on how you feel, how you are loosing etc etc.
Protocol is slightly different when it comes to HHCG, but it is best to follow the set phases for the first round.

So you are not postponing anything, you have already done 35 days.

FRiDAY is here and the weather is beautiful. Dau called and 3 year old had a rough time at babysitters yesterday so she wants us to watch him. She is being nice and not giving me the 1 year old, too, as I cannot get anything done when that little cutie is here. And, I get the puppies too. I love puppies. They are very mini so they are not that much work. I am not convinced the littlest one is even 1 pd yet. She is so tiny. Anyway, Papa and Uncle don't know we are babysitting/puppysitting- they are still asleep. I have projects to do today around here but little man should do ok if I involve him in the tasks. I have inside and outside work to do and the weather is really beautiful. Maybe I can have him help me was the lawn furniture and pull weeds.

I am using protein power book to guide my P3. So far still steady at 152.5. Hungry this am, but I can eat something so it is all good.
Glad your holding your weight. I'll have to check out that book. I need to order some stuff from Amazon this week. Glad your daughter spared you, LOL. Enjoy your day.

I do not care for the liquid stevia but maybe when making this it would taste better? Love to hear from you. I ate hardly any or no veggies yesterday but had a GREAT loss. I lost despite the slice of bread. I think Fage is my culprit. Even ate that dark choc I bought and had a loss. So, will keep experimenting. Have a wonderful day folks.
I used the liquid stevia in my whipped cream, I really can't taste it I don't like it sickening sweet so maybe that's why, I hardly use any.

So AFM sucky day, I have just found out that my 17 yo sons girldfriend is pregnant, YES PREGNANT!!! After buying condoms and preaching birth control to both of them over and over, I want to rip my hair out!!! I'm nausous (?, you get it). When my husband finds out it's gonna be all my fault. I don't remember him in line buying condoms!! Will this be the straw that brakes this camels back?

Well the main thing is there are no immunity issues, one of the reasons why it is recommended
to stop RX hcg after 40 days.
On hhcg you only have to do 48 hours of vlcd after your last dose, RX is 72 hours before you
    can start P3 eating.
Original protocol does not allow broccoli or cauliflower, however many have had one or the other or both
    with different outcomes.

I don't like the liquid Sweet Leaf that everyone raves about. My favs are NuNaturals Nustevia White Stevia Powder and Stevita Supreme (they come in packets. i keep them in my purse). I used the Nustevia in whip cream at Thanksgiving and thought it was amazing! No one even noticed the taste difference, or at least didn't mention it if they did.
