    Thanks! I need you guys to set me straight- I want to lose about 8-9 more from where i'm at today. I also would like to lose it in the next 2 1/2 weeks, i have a new goal to work towards. My old job is having a reunion on the 29th (all of us got laid off at some point over the last year).
    You have a lot on your plate! Don't you have a GB from your other son too? sorry if i'm getting mixed up...

    and my menu for today - apples, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, green grapes, repeat. Never done a fruit day before. Hopefully I don't get hungry. Brought a whole cooler of fruit with me to work. Really hoping this works.

    Woke up this morning to tornado sirens. Mainly 80 mph wind damage but no official tornado. No damage at our house!

    The scale said 137.0 this morning - that's 5.0 above adjusted ldw. TOM is looming but not officially here yet. That explains the chocolate cravings I've been having (and submitting to) and hopefully some of the weight gain too.
    I need to start calorie counting again to see where I'm at. Going to be difficult as I have a golf outing on Tues with a catered lunch, and ball game Thurs pm with all the free food/drink I want.

    I'll see how the next couple of weeks go. If I'm back down in the lower 130's, I'll probably continue on in p4. If I'm not back down I will probably do a "clean up" round in August and aim for the mid 120's.




    R1 (40 day) p2, lost 24 pounds, 21 inches!! avg loss .55 per day
    R2 (38 day) p2, lost 21.6 pounds, 13.5 inches! avg loss .56 per day
    R3 (31 day) p2, lost 18.8 pounds, 8.5 inches! avg loss .61 per day
    R4 lost 26.3

    Good Morning Everyone....

    Today is VLCD Day 1. I can't wait to hop on the scale tomorrow to see it has gone down. I gained 2.4 pounds from loading. Hoping that will be gone in the next few days. But even with the 2.4 gain, Im still within my 2lb range from my LDW. I was fortunate that I stablized below my LDW. Im hoping for another successful round and love that my DH and best friend are doing it with with me this time.

And where you are going to be tomorrow is going to be perfect too

    Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

    Hi everyone , just stopping by to say good morning! I started my drops on tuesday and as of this morning i am happy to say i am down 11.4 pounds! i started with load at 237.4 and today i weighed in at 226 yay..good luck everyone and have a great day!

    No your not mixed up, I already have one from DS2, he is 2 1/2. So this means I have 2 sons without kids still, so I'm 2 for 2, HAHA. I totally see you dropping that weight in 2 1/2 weeks. It starts too come off faster after an interuption, but you gotta stay the course!

    Steakcess!!

    2.2 down, puts me right @ LDW!! I ate miracle noodles at lunch time, with a little mushroom dressing/marinade I bought for my salads, and a little braggs liquid aminos..it wasn't very tasty or satisfying, and I thought it might ruin my steak day because of the whole "partial fast" factor, that even though Miracle Noodles are considered a "free food" I would still be feeding my body and throwing off the fast until dinner thing....I also ate SF dove chocolate cremes all day (poison I know) and then I ate my apple while I was cooking my steak...(ate a little over 1 lb ribeye) It is TOM, and I am very emotional...so I binged on SF chocolate even though I thought that too might ruin my steak day...but it didn't thank goodness...Think I will be playin it safe for a few days. High protein!

    Are you only going to eat the fruits that are recommended for the blood type diet? I thought about doing that. I know I'm not supposed to be eating fruits but I do have 1 or 2 servings on some days not every day. I'm still trying to stick to both lists of my "approved foods" for both diets. I haven't had any vinegar stuff, I do miss that. I put evoo and lemon on salads for my dressing. Put away the coconut cream concentrate & oil. Threw out my turkey burgers, just in case. Oh I did have an ear of corn while I was gone, it was so amazing, no butter. That's about as adventurous as I get.
