Going to try just eating clean today and making sure I get in all my water to see what that does for me.
Clean eating did it for me Peggy. I upped my protien and my good fat no restaurants and I'm.back down to LIW thank goodness. I just stop eating after six pm no more food. I am thinking about my food more since reading Protien Power. Excellent book btw! I think a must read for everyone! !!!

I think you should research them before you take them. Not just take them because someone else uses it. It is still a drug you are putting in your body and you need to know what it will do to your body. We are all different and many just take them because they read about it somewhere. I think you need to know what prolonged use will do to your system. Just as you don't want to take prescriptions, some over the counter drugs can be just as harmful if overdone. We all have free will, just please be careful. Again, Thanks Turtle!

Agreed, definite research, b/c also many supplements shouldn't be combined w/ certain Rx. Gotcha , so the way I understand it you are more concerned about ppl jumping on the bandwagon without info or just b/c. Totally understand and I think, agree, lol. by the way not sure when you came back but welcome back, hope your sil is doing as well as can be expected and comfortable. Nice to have you back.

At one of our stores, well that I go to 100 miles away they sell mineral water in cans, they have their brand and La Croix. My kids love the mineal waters w/ the flavored stevias, we mix the vanilla and make most cream something, I like just the vanilla. Becareful w/ the zevia b/c it seem like it had something in it we needed to be cautious on p2 and p3, can't remember what?

KLSnyder, have you tried the LaCroix? Every Market Street I've been to had that brand, much cheaper than the perrier.

LISAK: I Totally get why you'd choose to use the artificials temporarily by the way - its about keeping the bigger picture in mind!!

BLAMP: Yeah for Vegas - Im going on WEDNESDAY!!! July 6th - 9th My step-mother started this thing forever ago where she decided she wanted to do something fun - LIke VEGAS for her bday - and now not only do her and my Dad go - but 20-30 friends and family join. Last year was the first year my sister and I went - they invited us back again - and they pay our way so who can say no to that!?1?

AFM: so YEA!!! for going to VEGAS on Wed - but WAH!!! because I didn't get to my goal of 135 BEFORE the trip so I could at LEAST eat P3 on trip?? AARRGGHHHHHHHHH so I had HOPED I could be strong and stay true to P2 while in Vegas - LITERALLY If I DID THAT? - I would reach Goal WHILE there!?

BUT I have had such a HARD time this P2 with cravings - I think getting my hunger off balance screwed my head up - not hungry anymore - but MAN O MAN the cravings . . . so I just really don't think I'll survive VEGAS in P2!!!! BUT I'm SO CLOSE to GOAL!!! my FINAL goal . . . so Im little bummed about this situation Im in - "considering" a short interruption for Vegas - so at LEAST then I could eat flaxcraks and almond butter and just eat more in general. I think Vegas will be a disaster waiting to happen if I dont do that? By my BEST Guestimations - I will be at 137 - JUST 2 lbs above my goal on the day I'll be leaving for Vegas.

    . . . BLECH

Guess I'll just do it - WTH!? I'll just make it a "conservative" interruption maybe??? BLECH
    Do an interruption.

Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

Yep, 100 fl. oz of water and 48 fl oz of tea/coffee. We do use the Braggs on everything but I will salt even more. I had cucumbers in apple cider vinegar yesterday and a few pieces of salted celery last night. I did have 2 tsps of peanut butter because I was so frickin hungry I could have chewed my arm off. I did drop down to 9 drops from 10 so we'll see how today goes! Thank you!!!

Make sure the Zevia doesn't have the sugar alcohol in it. Sweetleaf Stevia appeared to be the only one I could find that had none! Tell her pop is bad for you anyway! LOL
