Formulas of 12X and 24X are the most dilute. 6X has the slightest trace of the original ingredient. It is important to buy a product that lists 6X,12X, and 24X on it's label. Each individual needs one of these dilutions, and it varies from person to person. Some need the 6X to trigger a response, some need the most dilute to trigger it. It is based on an individual's body chemistry. This strength-spread insures that it will be effective for all who use it.

So it should say: HCG 6X 12X 24X; alot of them will have other ingredients as well but these are the distinct ones to look for with homeopathics.

Well I'm glad your here! I ordered the patches last Thursday and wow they arrived yesterday. That sorta got me pumped to go for it but I have to have a mammogram done Friday and worried about the effect of the equipment on those things. So I think I will start up on Saturday. Still getting excited but in order for me to get this right I almost have to be a little OCD about it. Ya know?

How is your round going? Did you run out of drops or are you taking a break. This thing is so mind controlling.

Oh so great to "see" you! How's your hubby? Hope all is well. It looks like your doing great this round. I'm getting pumped to start. Are you doing the patches again? I'm giving them a whirl this time but have a bottle of drops & pellets for "just in case" . I hope they work. So I'm putting the patch on today after my mammogram and doing a eat whatever today & tomorrow and start VLCD on Sunday. Can't wait. Even though my weights been pretty stable my gut bothers me terribly. I want that flat belly feeling again!

Hello everyone! I too am still here but mostly lurk....DH and I finished up R2P2 for me, R1 for him very successfully, slid into P3 without much issue and now in P4. We did the patches and will do another round end of October ....glad to see some of the old gang here -- guess most have moved on. Best of luck to you all and keep on fighting the good fight!

I was wondering the same thing- I went 6 pages back look for the September thread- but apparently there isn't one? I think it just got really slow this summer- so maybe it will pick back up now the weather is turning cooler and kids are in school etc.

I am doing my 1st round on the patches! I will try and remember to check back in. So far I love them, but wonder if anyone has had a patch come off during the shower? I also have the Appetite Suppressant patch and it is working wonderfully. Absolutely no hunger at all. I have done the RX injections through a clinic and had quite a bit of hunger, so the "no hunger" on the first week is wonderful.

Reporting in after loading Friday and Saturday. Gained a bunch I'm almost ashamed to say! I put the patch on Friday and 2 hours later I already noticed feeling different. I really did not have real hunger but felt like eating. Yea that sounds like me. Anyway yesterday was the first VLCD and only ate my two "meals" and one small serving of strawberries and hot tea at night. I was satisfied. The patch is amazing, I forgot it was on and after my shower I totally was rubbing my back with the towel and had to look to see if it was still on. Yup. I love not having to remember to not eat drink or plan my coffee around the oral stuff. It almost seemed too strong to me but by day two I was totally comfortable. I thought maybe I should cut if in half but I;ll just keep following the instructions. So far I've lost 3 pounds of what I gained. So at least in the right direction!
How'd everybody else do over the weekend?

Yep, I'm hooked on the patches now and not going back to drops! I just mark on my calendar every three days, "PATCH", and that makes it easy to remember...
