Wow, that prior post was long!!! Anyhoo, AFM: I'm up .2 from LDW - no worries!!! I'm wondering if it was the 15 almonds that I ate (maybe should have only had 10!) or the ridiculously sore butt and leg muscles I have from re-starting my kickbox class or from lack of sleep because my brother-in-law is in town visiting....hmmmm. We'll see what tomorrow holds, but so far, I'm loving P3!!! Now I just gotta try me one of those pumpkin shakes!!

    Have a great day everyone!!

I am wearing the smuggest of my new size 8 pants, but they are quite snug, still more so than when I bought them Friday, but it is getting better. Hello. I am new to this journey and I am on day 6 of Phase I. First 2 days loading and now on day 4 of, well, basically starving myself! I don't feel as hungry today, but I have some questions if anyone knows the answers.

I am in menopause, have Hashimoto's Disease and Lyme Disease. By my second day post-load, I had a terrible headache, felt exhausted and lightheaded. I figure this is normal, but after doing some research, I decided on my third day post load to up my HHCG drops from 10 @3X per day to [email protected] per day. I did that last night and so far today, I feel a little better. Not great.. a little headache. My hunger is not as terrible as the previous days, but I really have zippo energy. I was ok energy-wise prior to starting this even though I have both the Hashimoto's and the Lyme.

I went out and bought some ketone test strips today and mine shows trace amounts, although it is mid-day and I drink quite a lot of water, so I will try it again in the morning. This might be too personal, but I have not had a bowel movement in 3 days, and I am normally very regular!

How do I know these are working, or if I am just starving myself? I know some others here at work using them with good results, but their side effects aren't like mine. I also read where other people have lots of energy.

Can anyone give me some advice? Thank you!
