Lee-Ann, can I just tell you how impressed I am that you covered so many people in your personals??? How do you keep track? There are so many great comments from everyone here and such valuable insights, but you nailed them all--way to go!

What do you mean by maybe no more abnormal fat is left---what kind of fat would this jiggly mess be called if not abnormal fat?? And how would I know??

jeepcurlygirl - we are going to rock this round together - sounds like you are really prepared!

    katmandu - love the avitar!

morticae - hope the peas did not mess you up - you are doing so well - at first glance I thought your post said you ate a "can" ... that would be hard to swallow!

Jeff - you are doing so great - I think if you are still losing well and can tolerate it, you can stay on the drops .... I am no expert though so I defer to the HCG queens like Beth, Abinco, Turtle ... and many many more .....

rodo - good luck with the almonds

silver - crapping razor blades -- what a visual!

Erin - you are too funny to be happy to gain LOAD weight - hope it works for your hunger this round ... you will do great and I will NEED your encouragement - glad we are starting this round about the same time

feisty - you have done awesome so far - what phase are you on now?

lizzy - you are so active - have you always been athletic or just since you lost all your weight?

Carolina - you will be in the 80s in no time - you are doing awesome - what is ZC

bev - you are doing AWESOME .... way to go

leslie - hope the protein and asparagus works for you - I really like asparagus too ... thanks for the chicken recepe - I bought the nuwave after reading you talking about it - I LOVE IT - great picture - I am 5'2 with blonde (thanks to a bottle) hair so when I see you picture I think I could look like that one day .... one day .....

Diane69 - what a great WIN - wow -- glad you had such a great time with your DH

Lydia -- I have just kicked your hunger fairy in the butt ... go away hunger fairy !!!!! The hunger fiary and the scale troll need to go on vacation!

ceridwen - I love how excited about this you always sound -- your sleep cycle is crazy! you are not a vampire are you? just checkin so I know who not to tick off - LOL

meredith - great loss - not sure I could have eaten chicken after shooting a pheasant though - LOL - hope you are not too sore today

Natalie - glad to hear you are getting to know DH again .... my DH and I try to go on "dates" - there are certainly times when we need to remember why we got married in the first place - my DS2 will be 3 April 10th - what a fun age .... although he is a bit of a handful most times!

sibelover - can you come over and seriously clean my house too? you will be at goal in no time!

Abinco: thanks for the encouragement - I have cautious optimism at this point but I do think the one month break was good for me

tanyamac - what phase are you on - steak days are for P3, apple days are for stalls in P2 ....

hockeymomx2 - sorry about your melba fest but at least you know what the trigger was -- if you click on someone else's ticker it will bring you to the site to make one - pretty user friendly - you could also just go to www.tickerfactory.com

LisaK - good thoughts your way for your grandmother .... "thy will not mine" - it is a hard thing to go through ---- I agree with the other comment on going to the dentist with 5 kids - holy smokes - I can't even go alone with 2 ....

tennismom - I love Leslie's theory too - you still need to have fun in life -- I fully intend on having Monday steak days when I finally get to goal like Leslie - hope your stomach is feeling better - abinco's drops are great

snowyval - horray on the 70s - WAY TO GO ... that must feel amazing! soon you will be in the 60s .....

llissa - way to go - 1 pound is awesome!

alexis - your breakfast sounds good -- stable is great!

turtle - so nice to see you - how is P4

stephanie - you have had such a great loss so far - way to go ... very inspiring

sunnymom - you are right - you are smaller so the weight will take its time to come off - you might not have any abnormal fat left?

emariewe - I love seeing the inches too - there is nothing better then your clothes falling off (well, not in public I guess)

Jeni - 5 pounds in one week - FOR SURE

katrina - don't give up - you can do this

beth - happy shopping - I am excited to see you adapt to your skinny self - I have often wondered how much head space I would have if I wasn't always on a diet ..... what is life like for skinny people that don't have to focus so much on losing?

kayemsi - great loss - way to go

Mrs. Knox - you can do it

    where is Claire ????

AFM: one more meal to finish VLCD2 off ..... I need to get my water in ... usually it is not a problem so I will just guzzle some to catch up now - had P2 chili for lunch - DELISH - I love that stuff - having fish and tomato soup for dinner ....

Sigh...I remember asking the same questions, even posted pics of that jiggly fat! LOL! I never really got an answer so when I didn't lose for a number of days I knew I was done and that exercise would take care of the rest.
    Leslie

Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

I can't remember with who, but seems you had a discussion about how much Dr.S said you could lose, and I believe it was closer to 40, actually it seems it was 34, but couldn't tell you for sure. A pureist will say the we are already changing the rules by using hhcg, and it is all new going longer than the 40 days, so proceed with caution. Also some say that the breaks in between will help the skin tighten. It is just recently that ppl on here have been going for really long rounds, I hope they stick around to let everyone know how they stablize.

Glad Monday's almost over....it's been a very hectic day....oldest son and his GF were in town for the last week and it made P3 eating a breeze, we went out everyday. Now it.s 6:15 pm and after dinner and a pumkin shake I STILL have to get in another 500 calories (I'm at 1188 now and based on the stats below should probably do more). ANY SUGGESTIONS?

I am really enjoying P3 except I am running out of hunger and the items that would make the calories jump aren't allowed YET! But I am pretty darn stable...we'll see what happens in the morning if I don't get these calories in tonight.

Everyone seems to be doing well in all your different levels and journeys.....keep losing

    BE BLESSED!

    LDW 131.6 3/21/11;
    End of Week 1 P3 eating 3/30 weigh-in 131.8 (+.2 LDW)
    End of Week 2 P3 eating 4/6 weigh-in 131.8 (+.2 LDW)
    End of Week 3 P3 eating 4/13 weigh-in 132.2 (+.6 LDW)
    4-13-11 weigh-in 131.4 (-.2 LDW) P4 for life

LeeannI love the P2 Chili. It is definitely one of my favs.

LovetoReadI know how having to handle everything yourself goes. My DH was gone for almost 3 weeks....he just got back on Friday. So I feel your pain. And I have found that I actually don't mind preparing a separate meal for everyone else. I just have to remember that I can't taste the pasta to see if it is done. I've had my 6 year old do that for me now.

Leslie Great picture of you and your DH. And I tried the chicken recipe you posted earlier today for lunch. It was DELISH. I will definitely be making that a lot.

Just an FYI -- my grandmother went home to be with the Lord at 5:32 this afternoon. My family will be leaving on Wednesday morning (about 35 hours from now) to drive down for the funeral, and to celebrate her life with friends and family.

One great thing about such a large family, is that most likely no one will notice what I am (or am not) eating!! I'm still planning to hold to P2 while we're gone.

QUESTION: Can I take allergy meds? Allegra (RX?) They are starting to kick in and gave me fits last night.

That's great. I just meant long term after completely done. Also I really meant longer than that. On a yahoo group I read there were ppl doing 100+ days, but then disappear. Trying to lose all of their weight. I totally get why, cause if you are in the zone...and Round 2 is a killer for most ppl. Also some may figure that they will need surgery to get rid of excess skin anyway so just get it off. I wasn't knocking it, just saying we don't know long term for sure.

I'm so sorry for your loss.

Check the ingredients, other than that drink lots of water since those will dry you out.
