    It's day vlcd48 for me.

    hunger's starting to be an issue for me. It could be that I'm not eating enough. And I keep forgetting to take my drops at the same time, especially on the weekend when I'm out bargain shopping!

    Weird reshaping going on

    So today I noticed:
    • wrinkles on my butt and belly
    • new dimples on my inner thigh
    • a new hollow spot in between the hip bone and belly on one side
    • bigger indentation around navel
    • belly looks uneven, as though the fat is leaving unevenly


    Oh, and my skin is much softer from all the coconut oil I am eating.

    Reshaping is good. It's just not finished yet.
    Just read Weight Loss Apocalypse which gave me new resolve.
    Currently getting back to the ticker weight.

    Just a quick question about the cabbage issue, have any of you tried the napa cabbage?? It agrees with me better than regular cabbage and its not as strong tasting either.

    I was just reading my drops info- officialhcg drops- and in that it says it is not unusual to need MORE drops the longer you use them. I always thought as you go down it was logical to need less and have never been able to dose right into week 3 and beyond. This time I INCREASED them and it is much better on the hungries. Seems counter-intuitive and I think I wrote that recommendation off thinking they just wanted to sell more product. Now I am not as sure. Just a thought. First round 15 was good, last round I did 18 and backed off all the way to 15 and was still starving. Now I am doing 19 and thinking when get new bottle I may try 20 as 19 is much better than 18 but wondering if one more would solve hunger. Don't know. Just my experience

    I posted to you but I don't see it so trying again. Do you gain/stall with regular cabbage or does it bug your tummy? bok choy is fine for me but haven't tried the napa. Good suggestion as the bok choy I really like is at the asian store and not that convenient for the quick pick ups.

    Must definitely be the cabbage because I just weighed after eating and drinking and all and am down .5 from this am weight. Don't get it but guess I gotta accept it.

    I noticed that to. I'm experiencing a weird shape right now, have been for the past week. TMI but my upper belly is smaller then my lower and the belly button is exposed enough where water is getting in there during showering. Let's just say I learned real quick I need to dry it out w/a Q tip LOL

    I actually had a pretty non-eventful menopause. Sorry guys, and there will be ladies on the thread that will want to kill me. But one month, when I was 50, I had TOM, next month none, and it never changed. No hot flashes (maybe warm ones), no major mood swings, no major sleep problems, nothing. But afterwards, it has been IMPOSSIBLE to lose weight. I've eaten pretty well all my life, never been a big junk food junky, or major league snacker, but I was certainly brainwashed by the changing tides of what was good for you. Low fat, low carbs, food combining, blood types whatever. So I succeeded in screwing up my metablism and gaining a bunch of weight (highest 182, on my 5'1 1/2" frame). Obviously I was doing something wrong or I would have never gotten fat! So this has been a godsend, and I'm so excited about it because unless I learn I cannot eat starches and sugars at all, it's not a big change for me. But it really does get harder as we get older. I know there will still be things healthwise to work on after this is done, but this is the major first step. We are going to do this!! You are a lot closer than me, but both of us will make it!

    Regular cabbage give me gas (blushing here) and I never have any losses when I ate it. Bok choy I do well with as with the Napa cabbage also known as suey choy

    I started out with pellets and switched at the beginning of this month to Andrea's drops. I highly recommend them. I have not had to adjust them at all. 10 3x per day. that's it. I'm pretty consistent with taking them.
