Thread: I need some input on a few things

I need some input on a few things

Ok, so I don't know whether to start the diet for real this time, I did nearly a week a few weeks ago but kept getting put off the idea, i'm too scared of it not working, especially since I have homopathic drops and not subling, I think i'm worried that it's the actual diet that makes you lose and not the drops, I have intermountains drops, if anyone has any experience with this company, i'd love some input.

Also I think i'm worried that since i'm in the healthy bmi range my body won't let me get rid of my final pounds to reach my goal weight, so i'd like to know how people have managed on this diet when it comes to losing the last few pounds.

And then also exercise, I know we aren't supposed to do intense exercise, but i'm used to doing loads of exercise and I recently started a bootcamp program which I attend 4 times a week, so would I be ok? Would I have to eat more if I continue?

I personally wouldn't be doing any bootcamp program while I was doing this diet. It's not recommended. How much weight do you want to lose? I'm sure someone will come along who has more advice than I do.

Have you read Pounds and Inches? I would probably start with that if you haven't. It will give you a better idea on what you can do and can't do while doing this.

I've read many success stories from people who have used the hhcg. I know personally I do not lose weight with just cutting calories, if anything when I do, I don't lose any weight at all or I gain! Frustrating to say the least. I'd start it and stick to it, as for the working out, no you shouldn't and I wouldn't but with that being said there is a rouge group on the forum who beat to their own drum and do well with working out and adding different things in. Good luck on your weight loss journey! There's also a vanity weight group who are just looking to lose the last 10-20lbs!

If you'll read P&I, you'll see there is no restriction on exercising. However, you may find you don't have your usual stamina, especially at first.
