Finallyyyyyyy in the 150's. Never thought it would be so hard to get here when i started this round. But i have to say there is a sense of gratification in working so hard to finally get here. It just makes it more worth it.
Hope everyone doing is ok. Sometimes i feel like i am just talking to my self here lol.

    Happy Tuesday!

Congrats on the 150's, so close. I quit the round on Saturday and have lost a little. But thats to make up for some glasses of wine I allowed myself. Bad girl. The only alcohol I drink is wine but apparently it makes me gain. I guess I'll just have to pace myself on that too. I have resigned myself to the fact that this is all I'm going to get with HCG. Don't get me wrong, I am so thankful for the 40 I have lost and kept off. But being greedy for those last 7-10 are just not working on hcg. I'm just going to go mod fat, mod protein low carb & treadmill to see if I can tone up this old body!

Fri- I totally understand. I think you made the right decision for yourself. Good luck on your journey.
Scale dropped today too so exciting. Mainly because this is a new territory for me, i have only seen these numbers on me weigh up and that was when i was a teenager.

Happy humpday, hope everyone is doing well!

Wow Jules, your really starting to get some good losses. I find it amazing how I can get on the scale at 5am on the workdays and not have great loss or being the same and on the weekends when I've slept a lot more I have better losses. I think sleep and time for the potty is critical. Are you doing two fruits? I guess thats the main carb of this diet. I'm trying to stick with the p3 plan and pace my eating and no eating after dinner. Seems to help me alot. I don't plan on never splurging though cause life's too short! Depending on how I do, I can always load on Thanksgiving if it doesn't work out.

Thanks Fri! finally feel like i am making some move. Lost ~1lb today as well. My carbs are very limited. I have maximum one fruit a day and no melba. i do have skim milk with my coffee in the morning though. I totally agree, sleep and potty is very crucial in seeing the weight losses. Loading on thanksgiving seems like the perfect idea. By the time its done you are sick of food for a month anyways lol.
Michelle- I cant see your ticker yet

aah the weekend!!! My archnemesis is here!!! Hope i can handle this one, i dont want to undo all the hardwork put in on the weekdays. But i do want to give my self a break so i am going to treat myself to beef instead of the usual chicken. hahah, how funny would that sound to a non hcg person.
Good luck all.. sending you all good vibes and good loses

Hi guys it's been a few days.

Yea I won't be trying the grapefruit day lol. I'm off hcg and doing this the hard way. But of course I'm sticking with this thread. The good news is that I can zip upa dress that I was supposed to wear back in augustbfor my sisters wedding, the badnews I haven't lost much. Realizing I can't do the whole yo going back and forth. It's been 7 months of starting and stopping, it's not a healthy way to live. I'm def sticking to eating p 3 style, lord knows I don't get tired of eating chicken and avocados

Thank you Sandy for breaking my streak! I havent even weighed myself since last friday and i had to stop the injection for a few days in the middle. i will start weighing tomm and pretend like this week never happened.
    Hope everyone is doing well.
Bebifal.. Congrats on the dress! Its an amazing feeling when you can put on clothes that were at one point too tight.
I am starting to do pilates to get toned up. With hCG i lost over 50 pounds total and i shrinked in size but my shape esp the stomach is the same, so i want to get some muscles there.

Unhappy r1p2d5 still struggling with sweets

I shifted from homeopathic drops to prescription hcg. I am on 160units. But sadly, I couldnt do a day without anything sweet... my apples doesnt seem to help at all. I tried to do a lot of things with it too,but still the same...
It is going to be day 6 for me tmoro and im planning to do a steak day and follow the protocol to a tee... i am 121, started at 125... I know i am even lucky to have lost some weight..i am just sad that i could not sleep no matter how tired iam from work (8am-1030pm) and the longer im up, the more chocolates i get to eat... i tried sugar free candies to get by... should i just re-start again or could i still redeem myself? really sad... need to lose 25lbs more...
    Help...
