    Hey,

    anyone here experiment with MCT in their diet? I just did a little reading on it and might be something I might want to consider addding to my diet it sounds like. I plan on putting a vitacost order together soon and I was curious does MCT have any taste, and is cretain brands better?

    I have tried it, Sarah. It's not a very oily oil, if that makes any sense. When you cook with it it doesn't really keep things from sticking or add any, um, viscosity to things or a real sense of oil/fat on the palate. It is supposed to be quite good for you, though. If you're thinking chef-y thoughts, you might try mixing it with butter or another oil/fat you like in order to get the best of both worlds.

    I'm not sure if MCT oil is in CO but it may be...

    Sarah: Glad your FFF day went well!!

    AFM: Down 0.4 or 0.6 today. I'm right at LDW, so I'm happy. It's only Wednesday, so that gives me plenty of time to lose a little more before the weekend. I made a pizza last night and only ate 1/2 of it so I'll have the other 1/2 for lunch today. I'm going to make some sweet potato fries tonight to eat for lunch tomorrow. I'm hoping I can season them right so they taste good. I don't want to season them to be sweeter. I'm thinking about just adding some salt.

    Hi all sorry I have been Mia but I had family in town and then I was studying for my real estate exam and have just now had a second to catch up and post.

    Sounds like everyone is doing well you are such a great supportive group and when I can't get on I miss hearing about everyone's day

    I am in p4 but have only added Ezekiel eng muff and maybe a few chips. Truthfully have been too busy to eat. Still hanging around 1-1.5 above ldw. Really would like to lose 3 lbs or so and it seems so daunting. Does not make since that three pounds off hcg is daunting and 15-20 pounds on hcg seems no big deal. Thinking of maybe starting the fast diet next week to see if that works

    I feel that way, too, Tgirl. I'm getting ready to start R2 in June and really looking forward to it so that I can get at least 10 more pounds off. I have been really pleased that I haven't gained back anything I lost in R1; so, I am hopeful that I will have the same experience in R2P3.

    Sarah – 3.4 pounds overnight from a FFF day? FANTASTIC! FFF really loves you and if that happens again, it WILL become your “go to” CD. It is yummy, especially all the good stuff you can add to it. You even got good results with 0% Fage!

    Sarah – MCT is in coconut oil and is perfect for P3 – I use that & butter to cook with only. However, you can just get MCT oil alone as well. Coconut oil, of course, has coconut "stuff" in it, but it is considered a MCT oil.

    Tommy – try Sarah’s FFF day! That might get you 2 or 3 pounds!

    AFM – DOWN 1.00 – in the ‘80’s – in the ‘80’s! Never thought I’d love the 80’s like I do now! HA! Looking at the calendar, IF IF IF I don’t stall a whole week like I did last round, I might be able to hit the upper end of the 170’s. If I’m close (like within 3 or 4 pounds) I’m hanging in there until I get there. Been decades since I weighed 170-something.

    VLCD1 – 203 (weight after loading)
    VLCD2 – 196.8 -189.6 – 5.2 pounds (not counting loading weight)
    VLCD8 – 190.0 (+0.4)
    VLCD9 – 190.0 (0.0)
    VLCD10- 189.0 (-1.0)

    Christy: WOOHOO!! I'm sure you'll get to the 170's. That's amazing!

    Just an FYI for those who like almond flour crust pizza: It tastes SO much better than regular pizza when you warm it up! I had some left over from last night and just had it. The crust is still crispy and it was SOOOOO good.

    SAra thats a fantastic loss Grams put mct oil in her coffee , I believe

    Vic CNO is 60 percent mct oil. I cook with it but like water says, like mct, stuff kinda stick to the pan a little, EXCEPT when I use the Calpholon pan

    Pro - I'll remind you to post your pizza crust recipe again in June, when I can try it. I ADORE pizza anytime.

    Kansas - sorry about TOM, but makes me happy I don't have to deal with THAT anymore. I tried to put a little coconut oil in my coffee, could never get used to the taste, EVEN THO' I put SF DaVinci coconut syrup in my coffee when I'm on P2, to help me get through doing w/o HWC.

    I know. I'm weird. But I'm consistently weird!!!

    I have about 20 days left on this round - I'd have to manage to average .50 a day to get to 179, but if I'm THAT CLOSE, I might be able to stand to go another week.

    We'll see - you know how you NEVER know what I'll do! I was even thinking of doing a 12 hour fast, during this P2 (eat mid-day, then nothing until mid-day next day) just to see what happens. I'm very fortunate that when I'm on the hhcg drops I take, I rarely ever hungry, and a cup of hot peach tea takes care of that at night. Hmmmmm . . . . I'm thinking . . . . . .

    I don't do well with fasts, I feel sick all day. I don't do them anymore. but if you arent hungry??
    Do you think you'll drop more if you do it?
