I miss everybody and I feel left behind.

Here is my question???????????????? OK, I want to start back on drops. In Pounds and Inches, if I haven't gone two weeks, I can start back on drops. Is that everyones take on it? A planned interuption? Can I get thru a week of p 3eating and get back on hHcg and continue?
Hi Trish - I don't think anyone has started an April thread yet. I don't know how to carry Christy's message over....the very first one where she explains the thread. I'm just continuing to post in March until someone starts an April thread.

As for planned interuptions? You were in P2 longer than 23 days and you've been in p3 less than two weeks so you're okay to start your drops again and go back to VLCD's. Here's what Dr. Simeon has to say:

"If an interruption of treatment lasting more than four days is necessary, the patient must increase his diet to at least 800 Calories by adding meat, eggs, cheese, and milk to his diet after the third day, as otherwise he will find himself so hungry and weak that he is unable to go about his usual occupation. If the interval lasts less than two weeks the patient can directly resume injections and the 500-Calorie diet, but if the interruption lasts longer he must again eat normally until he has had his third injection."

If you're resuming P2, welcome back to my world.

Also I think I read that with P4 we cant have as much fat or calories when we are adding carbs too. What is anyone's take on this? Wonder if I should do a CD I am not over my ldw but, during P3 I was down to 220.8 (Monday) so in 6 days I am up 4 lbs??? Not a fan of p4, Deb
Hi Deb. Happy you had a great time skiing. Since you are not 2+ lbs over LDW, you don't need to do a CD. Eating out (lots of salt in restaurant food) and travel alone can add to your weight. I would suggest going back to some clean eating for the next several days and make sure you are drinking enough water to see if you can get back down. It might take several days, but hopefully you can drop what you gained and rather quickly at that.

Am I still in the right thread? lol

Anyway..hi everyone! I'm not sure what my weight is because I'm afraid of it. I ate so terribly between Friday and yesterday I tried to do a steak day yesterday but my stomach hurt sooooo badly by 12:00 that I had to eat something. And what did I eat? Potato wedges and 2 pieces of pizza. Ugh! That's all I had yesterday other than some Powerade. Thought that would help my stomach but it didn't. I'm feeling a little better today but didn't get much sleep last night. I probably won't weigh myself until the end of the week. I thought about doing a steak day today but I don't think that could have happened. I don't ever want to feel like that again. I'm just going to eat normally (P3-P4) and see how it goes. I had a little oatmeal w/honey this morning and I brought an apple, SF jello, pineapple and milk (for my tea). That's probably all I'll have until I get home. I may have a piece of PB toast after work then chicken and veggies for dinner. I just feel icky today and I know I couldn't do another SD if my life depended on it. lol My weight usually corrects itself if I just eat normal foods throughout the week.

OK, here is the link, I HOPE. Usually Bobbi does this for me - for some reason "copy & paste" seems to be a challenge for me when starting a new thread.

Lovely Losers - Amazing in April!!

That may be true, however, my experience is that the less carbs and sugar, the better the transition goes. This time was my best switch. I got off all sugar and ate minimal carbs early in the day, for about 3 days before loading. During the transition, I had no negative symptoms.

    Round 1: 54 days: lost 35 (July, 2010)
    Three weeks on Phase 3
    Round 2: 36 days: lost 22
    Three weeks on Phase 3
    Round 3: 33 days: lost 27 pounds
Round 4: ...having trouble with maintenance still which is why I keep doing more rounds.
    Round 10: P3: Pre-load 200, today 176
