Katt – never knew that about Zantac; I don’t take that, but I do take Tagamet when I’m feeling slightly nauseous during P2 (I think my stomach acid gets a little high with so little food). Don’t normally need it any other time than P2; took care of ALL my heartburn/tummy upset when I gave up all wheat products. Thanks for the nice words, too – I keep swinging back & forth between feeling great that I’m losing weight, and feeling severely depressed that this is the ONLY way I can really lose weight now and I hate it (I mean, really, WHO loves the P2
protocol?). I’m at the halfway point now; I have to keep pushing myself mentally, reminding myself it is temporary; then I get up the next morning, try on clothes that are too big, feel great, etc. What a mental mess I am right now.
AFM – 186.0 - down -11.6 so far. Know those stall days are coming at me really soon, maybe by tomorrow. Trying to steady myself mentally for them. The severely low fat meat tastes really weird to me now, so I’m eating mostly chicken, turkey & tuna (once a week only, I think it is so salty it makes me stall/gain, but I need something other than chicken or turkey!). Will try to grill some turkey burgers for myself this week, just to have turkey a different way with different spices.
