    Deb: It would be wise to do it sooner rather than later. It should still work even if you don't do it today but it usually works better if you do it the day you wake up over. One day isn't that bad You can still have a little HWC if you like that...and plenty of coffee and tea. Just remind yourself that you can have a huge steak and tomato or apple later. You can even eat it earlier in the day (I just wouldn't recommend anytime before 4 p.m.). You could try a split steak day too but I'm not sure how well it works. You basically just eat 1/2 your steak and 1/2 your tomato or apple around noon then the other halves at dinner.

    I'm doing pretty good with my P3/Paleo. I've had a couple things here and there that are bad (baked lays) but I'm still expecting to lose the rest of the week. Only 3 more days. I'm going to probably put some food back when I cook tonight so that I can have a lunch tomorrow. For some odd reason I'm not really feeling the zucchini casserole thing I made. I'm out of it anyway but I'll probably figure something else out to make for Thursday and Friday. Still eating lots of veggies and an apple or carrots too.

    Hi everybody, hope you are all having a good day.
    Christy, You go girl!!!!! 11.6 is great. Shopping for dishes sounds like so much fun. I love finding deals on that stuff. I think I watched to much Martha Stewart! I turned one of my bedrooms into a large pantry for glasswear,dishes, etc. If you keep shrinking ill be glad to send you my jeans or shorts, I have several rubbermaid containers full that i was going to donate. many with tags still on. yes im a shopaholic. sizes 12-16.

    About the zantac, that is not the preferred drug of choice, by GI drs, prilosec is preferred. but including probiotics is deffinately helpful. Along with a clean diet.. I work in the GI lab, so i try to teach pts about trigger foods, it goes in one ear and out the other. just give them a script for drugs is all they want. Very Frustrating!!!!!!

    Sarah YAAAAA!!!! glad to hear your in a bikini. If you want something on the grill that has higher carbs, skip the white potato and do a sweet potato instead, more nutrients. also have you every had grilled beets? YUMM!!! top them with a little goatcheese. I LOVE them.. Just not to many because of sugar content but again they also are high on nutrient content.

    AFM so i cheated friday nite at a party and ate 1 onion ring. NO ALCOHOL!!! Surprised the **** out of myself that i had that kind of willpower. anyway. I stalled sat morning. Sunday I lost 2 lbs!!! DAMN!!!! monday stall, and today down 1lb. Im 133.6, thats a total of 12 lbs including the loading weigh. 120s here I come. I also bought a bikini at victorias secret sunday. but im not wearing it till i hit 129. So i started back at my kettlebell classes yesterday. I was really worn out when it was over, and that was with a protein drink prior to class.. If you really want to burn calories, its the best.. 20.2 cals per minute and its strenght and cardio in a workout. Awsome!!
    My goal is to try to get to 10% body fat, then try to start getting ripped. I want a 6pack!!! dont know if at almost 46 if i can, but im gonna try. everybody keep their fingers crossed!!

    Bummed

    Hi guys, couldn't even bring myself to come on for a few days. Ate nuts sat. Night after all day vb tnmt. Went up 3lbs. Did a 35oz container of ft free fage and 8oz strawberries. Only dropped 1 of the 3. I get so discouraged to go up so fast and hAve it take a week for it to come off.
    Yesterday, went to a party for kids club team. I ate two plates of dry mixed salad greens and added less than 2 T per plate. I had eaten 3/4c with 4 ls bacon for bf and 3/4c all whites and 5oz organic grd beef. Also cocoa crack and some str/blueberries.

    I went up 4lbs!!!! I am 140.4!
    I was 132.4 less than two weeks ago!

    I started taking progesterone and testosterone last Thursday and thyroid last Friday.
    I have been pooping and Tom just happened.

    I have overeaten with coconut butter and flakes tonight, bc I'm depressed and bloated. All I feel like doing is crying and at doesn't work so well when you r a mom

    Christy - You are doing fabulous!! Question....do you not like any fish or seafood? Lobster? Crab? Fish? (would be better for you than tuna or turkey......just sayin' ;-))

    Also, remember when you were between rounds last fall when you were trying to count calories and do other dieting stuff while waiting out the time between rounds? You were so disappointed that you couldn't get below 200! And look at you NOW!!!???!! And you're disappointed that you have to "waste" a measly 40 days of your life for losing weight, fat, and many clothing sizes?? Really? You're a big girl...put on your big girl panties and pull up your cowboy boots and realize that you'd be struggling forever on WW or many/most of the other programs. HCG is quick, FOR REAL, gives lasting results if you realize your sensitivities/intolerances/limits and take it from there and eat clean. You already do really good at that, too!

    I have an easier time than a lot of people with getting my head into the P2 for 40 days thang. I don't "dream" about getting to P3 at all. I just concentrate on the scale, the tape measure, my clothes, how I look in the mirror (and I'm not one to look at anything other than how my clothes are hanging on me...etc), and just battling that effing fat that I'm willing to get rid of, each round! Each P2 for me is a battle to MELT that FAT man, MELT that FAT!! That is how I make P2 easy for me. Oh...and I also tell myself over and over and over again, that this is just for a very short time in my life...and for that, to buck/suck it up and deal with it!....and once you're in P3....you can related and agree. ;-)

    You ARE doing good! Stick it out!! Keep POP because You are worth it, and so are the long term results!!!!

    Zantec, Prilosec, Tagamet...etc., etc.....As we grow older...starting in our late 20s, early 30s, our stomach acid decreases so the need for adding acids and digestive enzymes is normal. Rather than taking anti-acids/acid neutralizers/acid reducers, taking probiotics and digestive enzymes are a more healthy approach, act quite quickly, and don't cause the harm . Stomach problems decrease and BMs increase when a good balance is made. Here's a good site that spells out Zantac side effects (and tagamet and the others are the same or close)....http://www.zantacsideeffects.org/

    Gator, it sounds like it's one or more of the kinds of nuts you're eating. You may need to pull back from the nuts completely for 3 or 4 days and then try them one at a time for 3 days each to see which ones you're reacting to. Also, what about your salt intake? Is that affecting your weight gain? Are you clear with strawberries? Or....even worse, are you totally clear with all dairy? Including yogurt? It may be the dairy, as well.

    Sorry for the bumming experiences for you!!

    Firstly, I wanna say sorry if I sparked a zantac thing!! Keep in mind I don't have radio or tv so I don't always know what new things are out there for us. It mite have been tagamet or ..?? All I know was I was really suffering last summer, I took zantac when hurting, then I started taking it daily for a week, then nothing for a year. Just glad for the relief, again, I don't know any better, not trying to push anything bad on anyone.
    probiotics never ever worked for me, and I do things long term.

    I was hurting and went on daily zantac, got better and have not had it for a year, I did not know any better. It just , stopped the nagging pain.

    Katt: I know are NEVER Disrespectful, thanks for the info Nice to hear from you. You sound very focussed. I have about 4 hours early in a.m where I am then I'm beat but keep going.

    Hey girls! I am hanging my head in shame b/c I have fallen off the wagon sooooooo badly it's not even funny. I'm talking dessert after every meal type of thing! Even after breakfast. OMG. I am detoxing this weekend and will try & stay on track until R2. I refuse to weigh myself, though!

    Good news is I ordered my drops for R2 & I load June 19 & 20 - right after my vacay. Short round. My goal is 112. But if I end up at 115, then I'm okay with that too. No turning back! Drops are on their way! I can do this!

    Ahahahaha! Kansas! I feel like I've been loading ALL week! I feel gross :/ I am 110% in! And wish I can do it sooner, but I know I can't stay on track at Disneyland

    We totally can have dessert! But I over do dessert. I can't just have one cookie or one scoop of icecream like a normal person - I need to have the whole container I do better when I stay away from sugar completely. I have zero cravings & no desire to eat it when i go cold turkey. Then I get in social settings & everyone is having dessert & then snowball effect... My dad is the same way, but with nuts. He can't have just one. He has to eat & eat until it's gone. It must run in the family?
