I prefer homeopathic drops, though I have also tried injections.
My thought is this: Usually a dose too high causes extreme hunger and weakness, but a dose TOO LOW causes moderate hunger or temptation. . . in my opinion. In fact I had that happen to me this round, where I was up and down all of week 2 due to minor cheats or *stretching* the protocol. I added one drop to each of my doses and that seemed to resolve it for me. Then I read the bottle and found I had been under dosing by taking 5 drops, 3 times a day, when it should have been 4 times a day. Now I am up to 4 times a day and doing much better. No hunger.
So in a nutshell, I think your drops look fine, it doesn't matter what order the ingredients are listed, as my hcg is listed last. Amino acids are fine as mine sometimes have them. I think your dose is just too low. JMO
That is why I think your dose is too low. Not dying, just whining and hungry.
This diet does not call for 1 oz per 2 lbs of body weight. It only calls for 2 liters of water per day. As for alcohol, cabernet is good, or vodka with lime and club soda or some other calorie free mixer. HTH
luncheon was awfulI fell off track big time. They served chicken & spinach. I requested no sauce on chicken, picked around the cheese it was stuffed with, etc. I was doing so well! Then they brought out the chocolate cake and it was over
I had a HUGE slice of chocolate cake with decadent frosting AND ice-cream. Then I felt so guilty & ashamed I came home & ate an entire package of prosciutto. I'm really, really disappointed in myself. Back on track tomorrow. I have 3 1/2 weeks left & I need to make the most of it b/c at this rate, I won't fit into my jeans at the end of the round

I had a modified "fish and chips" for st. paddy's day last night. Cod fried in coconut flour and oil. I made the chips for my babe with sweet potato fries. It was fun.
Crab Cakes tonight... hope I didn't go overboard with Old Bay and Salt.

Hey peep. After a wonderful weekend in the city, I'm up 3 lbs and I have the blues. I wanted so much to stay in the 220's but now I'm in the 230's... I'm 231. I can't seem to pick my head up.
Not sure if I'll start my next round this week. I'm feeling lost.

Let it go. There is nothing to feel bad about. Guilt causes weight gain. Just know what the consequence is. . . probably lost three days, maybe 4, so don't weigh for 3 days. I agree that once you ate the cake and ice cream, you might as well eat the proscuitto! Right? Duh! If you are going to eat the food and suffer the consequences, you might as well saver it while you can. Always enjoy your food.
Four lbs is very small. I agree, it could become a slippery slope if you don't take care of it, so have you tried a steak day? I would think it could be fluid or inflammation and may be gone in a few days. Stress causes weight gain, so take a deep breath and figure out a plan, and move forward. Be happy you are at 231 instead of 281. You are doing great!
AFM: I was up .5 after the 2 lb drop yesterday, so I just attribute that to my body normalizing to the 2 lbs. I hope to be down at least another lb tomorrow. I had an apple around 2, a kombucha around 4 and CHipotle around 6 and that is it for the day. I had a NAET treatment today for 4 of my supplements. One of the supplements I'm allergic to is magnesium citrate. . .darn. I have taken up to 5 mag tabets a day, trying to easy my constipation, and it was not even consistently effective. When you are allergic to a supplement, it often doesn't work for you, and I htink that is what happened here. Hopefully it will work after the treatment. I have been taking two per day, plus a cup of smooth move tea, and that has been my fix.
Thanks Lynne ~ that's actually what I am going to do. I was thinking about it today and that is the conclusion I came to, too. Dose is too low. I did add just a touch more protein and switched my menu around! That seemed to help. I'll increase the drops by 1 per/dose and see how it goes. I'd like to keep going until the 30 days like I had initially planned, if I can get the dosing adjusted. Still 15 lbs lost in 3 weeks, so not all for nothing ..... that's for sure!![]()

@Lolanoodle I fell off the wagon AGAIN tonight. Came home and felt super crampy and got a carb craving after having no appetite all day. I didn't do too bad tonight but def went over calories.
Finally got a new scale and I'm down 2lbs, not bad for totally going off this weekend and today...

Lynne & Rainbow: ThanksYes, Lynne... 3 days. AGAIN. The sad part is... there is 5 days out of the month (sorry TMI, but I think it's when I'm ovulating) that I have an uncontrollable urge to eat myself out of house & home. I feel hungrier & the cravings out of control. I am on day 3 of that & I feel if it were any other day, I prob could've handled it better. Time to adjust my ticker for goal weight again. I don't think I will be seeing 122 at all
Maybe 124 if I'm lucky
