    Thanks Christy!

    I told the bf I really didn't think I wanted to go. I love that place and it would be reallllllly hard to seat there and not eat that stuff.
    He changed the location and now we are heading to OUTBACK. I know they will be way more accommodating of my needs. I feel like now I can partake, even celebrate some and not feel guilty about it.

    Good! For! YOU! So glad it worked out! Outback would be great for me - only thing I really like there is their steak - everything else they make tastes like old grease.

    I know they are offering steamed lobster tail right now... So maybe I will celebrate with that. I will really let them know lay off the OIL AND BUTTER PLEASE I really love steak too... I don't know which one I rather have... Light Bulb! I will get their combo steak/lobster and I can have the steak for lunch of vise versa. I'm so much happier now.

    Christy, I loooooove lemon cake and weddings so I don't blame you one bit.

    Sarah, So glad the bf is understanding. In the grand scheme of things, you can go to that place later. I'm happy you are going out with friends but at a place that makes sense for you.

    Kansas, I was totally surprised at my pizza win. I only ate one slice and a big salad. I totally expected to gain. I will not try my luck and do it again. Alcohol and starch together has always made me gain. We went skating on Sunday so I think the cardio really helped.

    Dinner was great, hope it the scale does me okay. I know the salt at restaurants are always bad.

    Sarah: That is awesome! Congrats on your determination on getting there. You did it!! I only hope (pleeeeeesse dear God) that I can average what you averaged... I would take that average in a heartbeat and run with it!

    Ohhhhh and thanks for the asparagus guac recipe! <3 I made it tonight & loved it! I actually did not add any spices though... only cayenne pepper, chopped one glove garlic, lime juice, cilantro, sea salt and of course asparagus... blended in the processor & loved it! Had it over shredded beef tonight & it felt like a fiesta! Ahaha! I even used my grissini to dip it in.

    Brit Yay! p4! Go slow... try adding in "healthy" starches first... sweet potatoes or if you reaaaaaaally want bread go for the sprouted kind... ezekial.

    I'm having such slow losses that I don't want to risk it by adding cauliflower I do love cauliflower though... it's such a versatile little veggie In P3 I make the cauliflower pizza crust and I love it. I also mash the up with butter or a little garlic olive oil. Sooooooo good.

    Caramel: I will have to try basting it next time! It's so dry without any olive oil.

    So despite my slow losses, I am feeling really good! I hate shopping when I'm fat, but today I could not resist - I bought a really cute top... it's yellow my favorite color. Perfect for spring with my white jeans... when I actually can fit into them! haha Despite my weight gain, most of my tops still fit. So I figure even after I shed this weight, it will fit

    Christy Im guessing our styles are similar. funny though, bf and I are opposite, yes, he has to park EXACTLY EXACTLY between the line.
    If the in door is broken, "by God, we can't go in the door marked OUT, cuz that's not the rules, we'll just stand here and have a temper tantrum. ha ha JEEZ
    He is super good with me when we go out though, always makes sure I get what I wanted.

    Didn't wanta say it yesterday but oh jeez oh man, was I IN A PANIC. 115.6, LIW 114.8 but after liw I spent some time at 113 which was goal.
    I knew no cd was technically needed but I tried anyways failed
    miserable sickish and hungry all day, ended up eating p3 but still worried.
    114.00 today happy

    Bf calls up at 5:30 after I've eaten and wants to go to café 20(I call it the bread place, cuz they have carbs, bread, bread, pasta, carbs, fried potatoes oh, and bread!! or yu can have lettuce, plus ITS IN MERENGO. so you want me to go all the way to merengo for lettuce? No, no thanks
    I can pick the inside of the vegie wrap out and we aske fro steamed veg(I hate steamed veg) but they always put butter on it and in case ya all didn't know a lot of them cook or marinade in animal broth . blech, did I ask for dead animal on my broccoli, ? NO I did not
    Tomorrow we go for thai, he just doesn't know it yet.
    then maybe SAtu I will take all my condiments to the Bread Place, or we could switch those days too,
    By the Way, the REst. Café 20 is as nice as it gets in MCH county, and super nice folks, fairly clean. so, I'm not knocking the rest. they serve what pple want around here.

    I'm reminded of Christy when she talked about, cannot remember how she put it, all the pple complaining about their weight while still stampeding the break room for bad food . well that's this clientele, We call it healthysorry if that was just my visual and not your description

    Just checking in. I have been super busy with a kitchen renovation. I am still in the 140s. I have tried this and that. Vigorous exercise, still eating clean, I tried to limit fats, eating steamed and poached. I will do a steak day today.

    I am trying to catch up on all the posts.

    Feb 20: 192.2 - LAST INJECTION BEFORE PLANNED INTERRUPTION
    Feb 21: 191.4 - LDW
    Feb 22: 190.6
    Feb 23: 189.8
    Vacation and planned interruption -- no cheating at all!
    March 3: 193.8 restarted injections
    March 4: 192
    March 5: 190
    March 6: 189.8

    I did a true detox bath last night -- I did not get the losses that others seem to after a detox bath. AND, it was making me itchy. Not sure if it was the addition of ACV or ginger, but I don't think I will do it again.

    Frustrated with this weight loss this time. Did my planned interruption mess me up. I had such momentum going.....

    I'm inspired by all of your losses and stories though -- gives me hope!

    It looks like your PI set you back 10 days. I cheated at Thanksgiving but without a PI; I just chose specific meals to cheat at, over the course of a week. I was set back for 10 days as well, so I think what you saw is to be expected. That would be the reason for not doing a PI. (or cheating!) Looks like you are back on track now though.


    AFM: P2D11 Down .2 today. Hopefully tomorrow will be a real loss. SO for now I am only down 9 lbs in 10 days.
