    Newbie starting 1st load day today w/hubby

    Hello, my name is mari and i started my r1p2 today! Its our 1st day off loading day and i am not hungry.. Weird...taking 10 drops 3x a day. On hhcg.
    Would love to hear from anyone that has great feedback. I took pictures and measurement last night along with my weight to keep motivated. I will remeasure on 4/30/2011. Any vitamins or anything i should be taking along with this to not feel tired? Im not tired now just for future reference please add comments!

    Going to shop for all i need fot the upcoming week after work today. We are doing the 45-day! Any guidance is very well appreciated.

    Congrats on making the move. Dont get upset if your hubby seems to lose it faster then you. We men just seem built that way. If you stick to it you will be rewarded in the end.

    Hi Portorocks, how was your day 2? This was my 2nd day, too. It was much easier today, except for the Easter lunch challenge. My daughter and I ate before we went to my parents for lunch. So proud to get through today without getting off the program. No serious hunger pains today!

    HI Donna. Day 2 was ok! not really any hunger pangs. maybe 2 big ones throughout the day, but chuckled water and coffee and got through it. this morning is day 3 and i am down to 174.2. so not bad. thats 1 pound under my preload weight. how are you guys doing? thats great that you both stayed on protocol...thats a great accomplishment especiallly with Easter. we will see how today holds up. i work from home today so that makes it easier, tommorrow is my 1st day back to work after starting. so i am preparing our meals for DH and i for the week to take for lunch. here we go.. I will keep you posted... have a great day 3.

    I started at the same time as you. Like you, yesterday had it's rough spots - I thought it was a bit tougher than Day 1. I'm down 1.6 from yesterday and that was a very welcoming sign. Today may be tough as I'm back at the office, but staying positive and I'm sure work, water and coffee will take care of any hunger pains. I'm on "the official HCG diet plan" homeopathic HCG, also doing 10 drops x 3 daily. What brand are you on? I've got a great vegetable concoction that my mother and law passed on from her HCG experience. Take 1/4 head of cabage, measure to the apppropriate amounts and bag the rest. Fry it up in the frying pan using some apple cider vinegar for a few minutes. I added 100 grams of chicken to it last night and it was so delicious. She suggested adding onion, but I'm staying strict and holding to 1 vegetable as my plan outlines. Stay in touch, we can be getting-skinny buddies!

    Hi Mari and Peccav, today was great at work. No hunger at all. I was so concerned that i wouldn't be able to focus and it was just not a problem. I know this rate of weight loss cannot continue but it is awesome while it last. Thanks for the recipe. i am collecting them. Let me know how you are doing.

    good morning! really felt better this morning. i'm down 1.4lbs fom yesterday and my hubby is down 3.2. really excited about that. how are you all doing this morning?

    Morning! How are you today? I didn't lose anything this morning but my DH did, he lost 2 more lbs. I am not hungry at all anymore. So we are doing well, even though a friend dropped off some serious cupcakes for the kids and they smelled good. But we managed not to even touch them. So, how is everyone doing this morning?     Another pound down for me. I have had a little hunger this morning, but i think it is because i am being erratic with the drops. I know the losses are going to slow down and i am fine with that as long as the overall trend keeps going down. Other than Easter, i haven't been in a situation where i was really tempted. Sometimes i forget things though. Like yesterday, i brought some grapes from home and put them out for the other office people and just popped a couple in my mouth without thinking. And still every morning, i open the fridge for creamer before i remember - oh yeah - i don't use creamer anymore.

    morning! i'm on the same drops as you and same dosage.. that sooo cool. well today is day 6 for us and i'm down .4 today and i will take it. i think i will make that for dinner tonight thanks...let me know how you do this morning.
