    Roller coaster weight

    Hello.

I知 curious if what I知 experiencing with my weight is a relatively common thing. If not, I would sure appreciate some advise. I知 male, 62, on Day 20 of P2 and PoP.

Since the beginning of the second week of P2, I will have one day of gain followed by two days of loss. The pattern is pretty consistent.

    Thanks.

If your losses are good (men can average about a pound a day over the round, women about a half pound), then that is normal for you. Everyone's body is a little different as to the loss pattern. My pattern after the first week is several days with no loss, and then a drop. I do get an occasional gain day, but its not regular.

Yes, I tend to have quite a few days of small gains during a round, but the overall trend is downward. I may lose .8 lb, then .6 lb, then gain .2. It isn't like I'm losing a pound then gaining a pound. I think usually men tend to lose more consistently every day without gains or stalls, but that doesn't mean ALL men have to.
