You need to do what is right for you - but if it was ME, I would do one more Load day, stuffing as much high fat content foods as I could stand (i.e. avocados, nuts, mayo, butter and our beloved coconut oil) just to make darn sure my hcg would kick in the second I started my 500 cal days.
RE: using coconut oil while on P2, considering all the different opinions on that (and I've been avidly reading as many as I could the past 2 weeks), I'm gonna "err" on the side of caution and say absolutely NO coconut oil of any kind while on P2, not even as a skin moisturizer & certainly no coco-crack. While many, many hcg'ers say they have great losses using coconut oil during P2, many also cannot stabilize in P3 & gain back weight. As tempted as I am to see "great losses" I sure as hell don't want to keep doing P2 over and over and over. I'll take my chances with
protocol eating, adding Bragg's aminos to my foods, and using apple cider vinegar where I can - both of those things also seem to help accelerate losses but don't have a bad affect on P3.
