    Starting again but worried...PLEASE HELP!

    Okay, I'm going to be starting my drops again but I want to say I am so worried about doing this because I started a few weeks ago and the first couple days was good but then I became literally FAMISHED...I lost weight and fast but honestly I couldn't keep going on the 500cals and then totally blew it now Im right back where I started...I'm really bummed bcuz I KNOW this works but why am I so hungry? Thanks and any suggestions or advice help. And for the record my bottle does state it has the Homeo HCG thanks again and God Bless.

    Well, on your first two days, did you absolutely STUFF yourself til you couldnt stuff no more? You are, by doing that, building up energy to go in to the 500 calories. Also eat the FATTIEST foods you can get your hands on...you are setting up a fat point in the blood, and letting your body know that it has enough fat and that it can start letting it go. I mean STUFF yourself!!! force feed yourself!

    WELL, the thing is I had to do 3 days of loading bcuz I'm a pretty healthy eater in general, and I pretty much only have about 10-17lbs I want to lose, so the stuffing\gorging myself was really difficult for me that's why I did an extra day...nevetheless, I figured that would help but I guess it didn't bcuz I was literally famished by the 3rd day. So today I am doing a loading day,,,but I'm not sure if I can do another loading day, I'm pretty disgusted with myself and feel SO full already, I've had a Carne Asada burrito with cheese, sour cream, french fries stuffed inside and then I had a quesadilla with avocado, greek yougurt, cheese and onions...and tonight for dinner Im going to have some snow crab with butter probably some fish I will add fat though...I just dont think I can go another day of loading this time around,.,..,I really have been eating sorta fatty for the last couple weeks so that may help...TY for your info. xoxo!

    Too bad you are in CA & not TX - I'd have you bring me a dozen donuts & we'd gorge together (and I'm telling you, I got experience in gorging on food). I don't know WHY, but I have SUCH a baaaaaaaaad craving for donuts right now . . . . and sugary stuff is usually the LAST kind of food I ever crave.

    Keep eating, Rose. I know it "feels" wrong to you, but the more you do - and the higher fat content you can add in - the better you will do in P2. I started my morning with slathering coconut oil all over my arms/legs, have had 3 cups of coffee with 3 Tblspoons of cream in EACH, now I'm looking for something to EAT.

    I WISH I was in Tx with you lol! So honestly even tho I blew it a few weeks ago and I haven't been eating as healthy as I normally do...Do you really think I NEED to gorge myself again today or can I just start today on vlc? Also, I ate a few tablespoons of Coconut oil last night lol I do love that stuff! I'm wondering aren't we allowed to moisturize with coconut oil even on our vlc days I thought we could do that anyway?

    You need to do what is right for you - but if it was ME, I would do one more Load day, stuffing as much high fat content foods as I could stand (i.e. avocados, nuts, mayo, butter and our beloved coconut oil) just to make darn sure my hcg would kick in the second I started my 500 cal days.

    RE: using coconut oil while on P2, considering all the different opinions on that (and I've been avidly reading as many as I could the past 2 weeks), I'm gonna "err" on the side of caution and say absolutely NO coconut oil of any kind while on P2, not even as a skin moisturizer & certainly no coco-crack. While many, many hcg'ers say they have great losses using coconut oil during P2, many also cannot stabilize in P3 & gain back weight. As tempted as I am to see "great losses" I sure as hell don't want to keep doing P2 over and over and over. I'll take my chances with protocol eating, adding Bragg's aminos to my foods, and using apple cider vinegar where I can - both of those things also seem to help accelerate losses but don't have a bad affect on P3.

    Just my 2 cents.

    SIGH yeah I'm doing another day lol...I started out really good today but then I got a phone call from the nutritionist at the store I bought my HCG from and she said I DEFINITELY MUST do at least one more day of loading pretty much no exceptions...so I'm meeting halfway and doing the rest of today as a day...SO I've already ate a couple cookies, some lemon meringue pie and a few cashews (I already feel like Im gonna puke lol)...Tonight just gonna order some pizza with fatty stuff on it and be done with it...I canno't do tomorrow there's just noway. I did ask her about coconut oil as a body moisturizer and this woman is STRICT let me tell ya I mean she's even against using chapstick on your lips BUT she says its perfectly fine to use the coconut oil as a moisturizer so I'm just going to go ahead and use it bcuz I freak out at dry skin I literally am the type of person who uses hand cream like 20 times a day! Also, have you heard of those Miracle SHIRATAKE OR SHIRATAKI noodles can't remember how to spell it? Just curious if you've ever used those and how did ya do?
