how many drops are you taking and how many times a day? if 3x/day, try taking half of what you're taking, but do it 6x/day instead- that should help. we need to tweak your dose if you're hungry.
Sheesh! Still figuring out how to "reply with quote." You'd think I'd never used a computer before!
My protocol is to take 6 drops 6X per day. I have been waiting for TOM to "start"--should have started Sunday, but actually started TODAY! So maybe that's a part of it???

My husband made the kids and I a beautiful, fresh, wild-caught tuna steak for supper last night and broccoli. I ate it and felt immediately satiated. I thought, "Wow, maybe I just needed more protein!" Then BOOM! 20 minutes later I was hungry again--and it was that hunger where you drink a big glass of water, but you still have that growly pit in your tummy! I ended up just going to bed, tummy growling. Ready to close the book on Day 11 of my hCG journey.

Today I am not feeling as light-headed and "out of it." I HAVE to assume that part of it has to do with TOM???

Could be TOM, I don't deal with that so I can't comment. Not sure about that last comment...hmm maybe not enough weight loss for her?? I'm happy with the homeopathics, just have to play with the dose. Also, you could try eating celery sticks or cucumbers in between your "meals" for hunger relief. They are low enough in cals they shouldn't interfere with loss.

They have the same dosing issues on the rx thread as well. Stick with what you know!

    I am using Triumph brand.

They do contain alcohol (as all homeo's do I understand) Please correct me if I'm wrong.
You can smell the alcohol and they do have a slight alcohol taste.
RACERWIFE7 - do your healthyhcg drops smell like alcohol?

I purchased this brand b/c I know 5 others that used this brand and had results.

I believe I purchased the 2 oz. bottle and paid nearly 90.00! CRAZYNESS, wish I wouldn't known better!

I had a friend that paid a boatload for her drops (probably GNC) but she gave up diet for holidays. I bought the triumph drops from Amazon (2oz bottle for about 13$) and I follow dosing instructions for 6 drops 6 times daily.
Haven't had ANY hunger at all and I've been steadily losing, so I would definitely recommend this brand. It doesn't taste too alcohol-y, not much taste at all and what there is reminds me vaguely of rum. Only issue I've had is slight headache some days but I read that was normal with starting the vlcd.

I do the triumph drops. I have finished 3 rounds and lost over 60lbs with them. I recommend the no alcohol 3x ones.

Well I'm certainly no expert, I just do what I'm comfortable with. The vets say to do a solid full round first before playing with protocol. With that said, there are those who cycle; meaning shortening up the round or skipping p4 with any given length of time for completing p2. Rogue refers to the diet; regarding what to eat. Some can't tolerate 500 cals or fruit stalls them or any number of ways to change things up. I myself, don't normally eat fruit or melba. I eat beef and fish mainly for protein and I like brocolli and spinach and most other veggies that aren't starchy or carby. I also am cycling by staying in p2 as long as I don't stall, usually two weeks or so. Do a seach on "rogue" in the google box at the top and you can read some threads if you want.

Anyone used nu image ? I have a bottle of drops in the fridge and I'm thinking of switching from homeopathic to injections, pretty soon, so that I can elongate my P2 round :-).

So, is almost everyone in agreement maybe the 'Triumph' one is the way to go?
I paid like $145 for this 2oz bottle of 'Nu Image Medical" drops.
If I can save some $$ AND lose some of this lingering hunger, I am all for it!

Is anyone using the HCG cream? My Doctor prescribed the cream instead of the injections and said that I would get the same results. I, personally like the cream because I put it on in the morning and I'm done. I'm down 11 lbs for the first week.

    Total Loss R1P2 -31.4lbs (37 days on P2)

Taking it one day at a time.....

I have been using the cream and have had good results. The first week and a half my dose wasn't high enough but once we got that fixed I have been pretty good (except the 2 cheat days during Thanksgiving week but that was my own fault). I always wonder if it would have been better with shots. My doctor said that there was only one pharmacy in my town (Dallas) that he had good results with, so I am assuming that whoever compounds it has an impact on the quality.
