Total loss on HCG as of 10/26/10 - 41.8 lbs. I think I've gained half of this back didn't keep track and so not 100% certain. Back again and ready to make my accomplishments stick this year, even if it takes me awhile to get there!

What is your dosing? I messed around with those drops for awhile and seemed to do better on 7 drops 4x a day. I am trying the pellets now and had to mess with that dosing too.

I am taking 12 drops 3x per day, haven't really been hungry at all.

Anyone doing drops from frequency apps? I've felt pretty good on them so far, down 10lbs. in 11 days. But I get myself worked up sometimes when I read news articles about how the homeopathic drops aren't real HCG and we're just fooling ourselves.
    Homeopathic is legit, right??!!

Yes they are legit. I've lost 54 lbs in two rounds so far using homeopathic. Stabilized in P3 just like I should and I know my hypothalamus reset because in P3 and P4 I can eat 1800 calories per day where before-HCG I would gain if I ate over 1200 a day consistently

216 to 135 in 3 rounds. I've done hHCG and RX.

    HCG Platinum GNC

This is my 4th day of VLCD but I 'm staving too. Should I increase my drops or my calories.

I have used the frequency apps drops on my first round. They worked well and I never had any issues with hunger or muscle cramps. I liked them. This time I am using Triumph (hormone free with amino acids) for the first bottle and Triumph homeopathic with hormone for the second bottle of this round. I just started this round though and am on R2 P2 VLCD 2.

I do the same ones, the 2oz 3x drops. I'm on VLCD day 2 (after 2 loading days) with 5 lbs lost (give or take a pound), and the only times I've felt hungry is right before a meal or late at night.

I'm using the same drops, but have really intense hunger. How much do you take and how often? Thanks!

    Hhcg

I did HCG Platinum from GNC before they took the hormone out and that worked great, no hunger but was really expensive... I'm using Frequency Apps now... I hear that's pretty good but today, I am hungry... I don't think it's the drops, it's how many you do... I think the most common amount is 6 drops 3x a day. I have been changing trying to get the amount right. I think that 10 drops works for me from the GNC brand and frequency apps it says 15-20 but that's too much, I think. My next round, I will be trying the homeopahtic drops from Triumph (not their hormone free ones.)

I am starting R2 and using YP10+ drops again. I got them from Triumph $50 for a 1 oz bottle. I have had great success on these drops, lost 36 lbs my first round and minimal hunger issues.
