Red face time between doses of pellets

Hello! I am new here. R1P2D2. Blue bottle pellets 4 at 3 x daily. I have been taking them every seven hours, the first one has varied depending on my schedule that day. I would like to know if seven hours is recommended between doses. I gained 4 pounds during my load and lost 3.6 pounds after my first VLCD. I feel absolutely starving and grumpy. No headache or any other side effects, just this gnawing hunger. Should I adjust my timing of doses or just hang on being I am so early in the game. This is not mental hunger, true physical hunger! I am determined to stick it out. I am just worried that it will screw my metabolism up being this hungry. Any advice appreciated!

I use pellets and I havent had a problem with hunger one bit. I'm on VLCD22 and feel like i'm on the home stretch. I would recommend doing them every 5-6 hours. Thats what I do. I wake up take my first dose around 7 then my second dose around 1-2 and then my 3rd dose 7-8 and it seems to work just fine for me. I would recommend just messing with your dosage for a couple of days to figure out what works best for you.

I will definitely space them out sooner then and thanks! Happy to hear you have had success.

I'm on R3P2D13 of pellets. I was also hungry for a couple days. I just kept at it spacing at around 7-8 am 2-3 pm and again around 10or 11 pm. After a few days the hunger quit and I'm just fine. I was afraid to adjust my dosage. It seems to be alright now. Losing everyday and a bit better than it did in round 2 on the drops.

    I'm on R1P2VLCD34 and I have always had them at 7 a.m., 3 p.m., and 11 p.m.
Started my HCG journey on March 16, 2011

Just for the record, no part of this journey is for the weak.

I recently switched over to pellets this past week and the first day I was starving! I went down to 3 pellets 3 times a day and the hunger issue went away. I did it the second day when I woke up starving...grumblings stomach looking at my dog and thinking roast! kind of starving. LOL

I haven't really spaced mine yet..still working on that one. I do take my first dose when I wake up before doing anything and my last dose just before bed. As for the in between one..what can I say except I take it when I remember

I actually am enjoying them, it's so nice not to give myself a shot every day, which I have done pretty much since I started. It is also nice to know they are proportioned so I know I am getting the same amount each time.

Today is day three. Hunger has subsided a little, still there, but less. Hopefully this will be the trend from here on out. I will try reducing the dose to 3 pellets x 3 if need be. Congrats on your amazing weight loss-you must feel wonderful. What an accomplishment. Happy to hear that hhcg has been as succesful as the injections for you.
P.S. Back away from your dog, he won't appreciate being dinner! lol

LOL, I have 4 dogs...think anyone will miss one?

Thank you, I am proud of the weight loss. Now if I could just "see" the thin woman in the mirror, you know? My original goal was 135' but decided the doctor was right and changed it to 125. There is still some abnormal fat on my stomach. Hey you should be pretty proud of those 20 lbs too!
