    Time Between Rounds

    Good Morning. I am currently doing round 1 and on day 35 of HHCG (33 of VLCD), with the guidance of my naturopath. I have lost 27.8 pounds so far.

    My question is do you have to wait longer between rounds with HHCG, or can you still jump right into round 2 after 6 weeks? I had planned on doing 2 rounds back to back, but my naturopath likes to wait 3-6 months. Trying to figure out if I should talk them into letting me do it right away or not. I have work trips I have to go on this summer, so if I don’t do it right after, I’d have to wait until Fall to do it. I’d rather not do it with out their guidance.

    You can start round 2 after 6 weeks (3 weeks of P3 plus 3 more)

    The waiting times are the same for hhcg as for RX HCG. The maximum dose days and weight loss limits are also the same (40 dose days / 34 pounds. You can lose up to 40 pounds in a round if you are more that 100 pounds overweight to start)

    Round 1: 6 weeks
    Round 2: 8 weeks (2 mo)
    Round 3: 12 weeks (3 mo)
    Round 4: 20 weeks (5 mo)
    Round 5: 24 weeks (6 mo)
