    Tired and Hungry

    Hey Everyone,

I'm on R3P2, week 3 and feeling very tired and hungry. I use Intermountain pellets and take three times per
day, three pellets at a time as directed. I know a lot of people have had a lot of success with Intermountain,
so that is why I tried them. I'm wondering if I need to switch to homeopathic drops with Triumph.

You likely need a dose change. You can do a skip day tomorrow.

Skip 2 doses, and see how you are feeling by the end of the day. If hunger is better, reduce your dose to 2 pellets 3X day. If hunger is stronger by the end of the day, you would increase to 4 pellets 3X a day (or 2 pellets 6X a day)

I'm having hunger issues too. Can you tell me what happened?

Hi nicejade, I ended up going with Leez's advice. I tried the recommendation on the bottle and it was too difficult to take the
pellets that often and it didn't help the hunger. For me it turned out that I needed more. I also made sure that I kept them
under my tongue for the recommended time, and after this, would bite them slightly let the rest dissolve under my tongue. It
took a few days but after this, I was only hungry before meal times.
