Beth, is that considered good numbers compared to other brands?

I'm using the triumph homeopathic drops and yesterday was VLCD5 and I reached the no hunger stage. I wanted to wait to give a verdict about it because for the first 4 days I was hungry and not sure if the drops were working. I got the dose straightened out with help from Robbi and now at 12 3x a day I'm in the zone, so to speak. So I think these drops are good ones.

PrayingforChange, there is an RX form of sublingual. You have to mix it yourself unless you can afford the expensive premixed ones by nu image. It costs about 200 for a round if you buy several rounds at once.

triumph is a good brand. Did you order them through amazon! I'd heard their shipping time seemed slow and was wondering how quickly you got them

    Hi Folks!

I've decided to go with hhcg. I wanted RX hcg, but I was tired of trying to find a source that was willing to ship to my country (I'm in Asia). So, while I could have had my family in America send it to me, I decided to go for hhcg pellets instead. They are from frequency apps. I haven't ordered yet, I am waiting for them to send me an invoice... hopefully there are no problems!

I do have one small concern, regarding that of food choices on phase 2. Where should I post about that?

Food choices are the same for the hhcg. Unless you had a question specific to something you can't get there?

Yes, I posted my question in this thread http://hcgdietinfo.com/hcgdietforums...01/index8.html

Basically, I can't buy many of the Proteins on the list.

Beef: Ground beef doesn't exist. Steak is rare these days (due to disease, but it will come back).
Chicken: I know of one store that sells frozen chicken breasts, usually you can't buy them anywhere! But I have no oven.
Fish: I'm not big on fish, but I'll eat it... I will not eat shrimp/lobster/whatever else. I wish Tuna was on the list, because it is so easy to get here. I really don't know what types of fish are sold here (my grasp of the language is limited), but I know they sell a lot of fish and some of it is "white" fish.

I ordered my drops (so did my mom) through GreenWeb. They did work, BUT the shipping and customer service was horrible. It took 2 1/2 weeks to get my drops and GreenWeb is located only 40 miles from where I live!! Good drops if you are in no hurry to start on them.

Today is my 3th day of vlcd, so I was concerned when I saw the articles posted here about hhcg not working. I researched a lot on the net before I decided to try it and went with one that a lot of people were taking on this forum.

Even though I am only 5 days into the diet, I would like to say that the drops are making me very full, I have lots of energy (taking B12 too) and I've lost 3 1/2 lbs in 2 days. In fact, I sat at a restaurant, before I ate lunch today, while my family ate a giant plate of chili cheese nachos with all the fixn's. I didn't have any desire to have any at all, and I'm not just saying that. I was perfectly happy with my unsweet tea w/lemon. Normally I'm famished & get dizzy & shaky by 12-1PM and could have ate half all by myself on a regular day. But I've had no dizzy/shaky feelings since using the drops, which was my main concern before starting the diet, so I honestly do think it works great. The meals are very satisfying, and if it's like this for the whole P2, it will be a breeze!

I had read in another article that hhcg does not contain any real hcg, but it works by tricking your body into producing it. IDK if that's true or not, but it works for me.

BTW: I also take physilliam husk fiber with GSE, and ACV w/baking soda twice a day, so that may be helping too.
