    Is crystal light allowed to put in water ? If not is there any thing I ca use . Iím in P2

    You can add lemon juice and stevia to plain water and natural mineral water (like Perrier)

    All of the Crystal Light products have chemicals and extra ingredients that your body will have to process and not on protocol. Even Crystal Light Pure has maltodextrin (sugar), preservatives and Truvia, which is a sugar alcohol/stevia lab-altered sweetener formula. If you feel compelled to use it anyway, the Pure would be the best choice of their options.

    P2 works best when you avoid products with chemical additives.

    Day 8 on P2 I lost 7 lbs buy day 4 I have been gaining 1lb a day for the last 3 days Water Iíve nonít gone of the plan once ,what am I doing wrong ?

    It is normal in P2 to have some days where you don't lose or that you even gain a little.

    Usually the only time you might have a big gain in P2 is from your monthly cycle. Is that a possibility? If so, then you just continue on protocol and wait it out. Its just water weight that will drop on it's own.

    If you wish to troubleshoot, please list your dose and your HCG delivery method. If you mixed your own solution, give the iu's HCG and bacteriostatic water amounts that gave you your dose number.

    Are you following the original protocol menu? Or some variation?

    Hi Lizz, I had a hysterectomy years ago I am taking the DIY drops started off at 5cc 3 times a day, I was really hungry so I increased the drops to six I am drinking lots of water with lemon in it I eat 3 ounces of meat for lunch mostly chicken and beef 3 ounces of meat for dinner the opposite either beef or chicken and 3 ounces of vegetables.I have a half a grapefruit for breakfast and an apple for a snack thatís all Iím eating. Thanks for your advice

    Your menu looks fine except you can eat more protein. The protocol says 3.6 ounces or 100grams. Most people will do fine on up to 4 ounces.

    You do not have to limit vegetables to 3 oz. You can use your vegetable and fruit portions to get your calories up to 500 if you are low. If you are not eating the grissini/melbas or using the milk and eating so few veggies, its likely your calories are low.

    Take a look at your drops.
    What is the first ingredient on your bottle of drops? It should be HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) and some dilution numbers that will look something like 3x 12x 60x.

    If that is not the first ingredient, you have fake drops. If you have fake drops, stop immediately. They are harming your metabolism because you will be losing muscle. You will need to load again with the real drops.

    Thank you Lizz , The first ingredient is hCG I will Increase my protein a little and stop limiting my vegetables I do have a Melba toast once in a while when Iím really hungry. Thank you for your help

    I hadn't run across homeopathic drops being adminstered by cc's. hhcg us usually dispensed by a dropper. How many drops is 5cc or 6cc? I'm wondering where you are on the dosing scale.

    I'm asking because hhcg companies often start you at the low end of potency. Usually something like 10 drops, 3X day. It is common for people to have to increase homeopathic drops.

    When I did hhcg 10 drops was too much. I did well on 8 drops 3x/day but I also needed to space them evenly apart throughout the day to feel no hunger.

    Hi, sorry it is a dropper on the dropper is 0.25 0.50 0.75 and 1.0 I was dosing at 0.5 and went to half way between that and 0.75

    But how many drops is that....maybe do a count into a spoon next time?

    I'm trying to get a picture of what dose you are really taking.
