    Worried About Stabilizing

I just started VLCD today, and I have been creepin' on the board, and I've seen a lot of people who said that they did not stabilize well on hhcg. Did any of you have that problem?

Stabilizing is mainly for P3 and P4. It's common to have a plateau period and slower losses during P2 after the first week. I'm in P4 now and doing well to stabilize, but the first 2 weeks of P3, my weight fluctuated a bit - probably due to more food in the tummy and introducing some foods which were problematic. Once you know which foods you do well with, then stabilizing is a lot easier. I also ate dinner by 7 or 8 pm which helped on the scale the next day. Hope this helps! Good luck!

I think that I'm just worried that this won't work because it seems too good to be true. Thanks for the help!

LOL! That's what I thought, too. But it does work! HCG is amazing!
