Thread: 3 lbs in one day in P3 phase

    I mean in general, perfect that’s good to know. So I woke up today guys 2 lbs over my LIW. WHAT DO I DO? I also haven’t gotten my period yet which i am extremely regular so I am a bit worried about that? I’m very scared you guys. Any suggestions?

    I’m going to eat super super clean today close to the VLCD as possible.

    Since it is just 2 and not over 2, I think you drink lots of water and eat super clean. No dairy etc. Just good veggies, good fats and protein, see what happens tomorrow. If you are expecting TOM it could be that and if you had not had a BM maybe consider that. Think about the whole picture.

    Good Idea I’ll see if i can do that soon. Yeah i tend to bloat up whenever i get TOM. Maybe that’s it.

    that is awesome. I think that in reality it is a good reminder that after any bad days..or maybe treat days, we should have a few clean eating days to help with staying at our goal weight.
