    What am I doing wrong? R1P3

    On Wednesday 6.18 (last day of hcg) I was 169.4,
    6.19 was 168.4
    6.20 was 168.2
    6.21 was169
    6.22 was 168.8
    6.23 was 169.2
    6.24 was 170.2
    6.25 was 170.4
    6.26 am 170.8

    Friday I ate 573 calories. I had egg whites, scallops, green beans, salsa(homemade, no sugar, no salt) chicken, and a small handful of unsalted mixed nuts.

    Saturday was my last 500 calorie day, but I had 692 calories. I had egg whites, salsa chicken, tilapia, green beans, mini babybel.

    Sunday I had a total of 1091 calories. Scrambled organic eggs with coconut oil, chopped beef brisket (no sauce), salsa chicken guessing around 5 ozs of chkn, 1 strip of beef jerky.

    Monday I had a total of 888 calories, totally felt like I ate more than that. My breakfast was a cauliflower-hash breakfast casserole that I made (cauliflower, organic butter, organic eggs, ground pork that I seasoned, shredded cheese, So Delicious(c) unsweetened coconut milk). A couple of strips of steak jerky from costco, organic grilled chicken breast with 2tbps of salsa, organic green beans, 2 mini babybels and two coke zeros.

    Tuesday I had 907 calories. I had a coke zero, crabmeat, strawberry fields salad from Wendy's (1/2), albacore tuna, half an avocado, other half of the avocado, pork tenderloin, mozzarella cheese stick

    Wednesday I had 1334 calories (because I decided after reading the forums I was not eating enough fat and calories. I was not purposely trying to eat that few calories.) I had cauliflower-hash breakfast casserole, coke zero, organic chicken with 1tbsp of organic butter, blue cheese burger with 2 slices of bacon, lettuce, blueberries, protein shake (no sugar, 123 calories, 26g of protein)

    I know I'm not technically over my LWI, but I continue to go up daily which is concerning!

    BTW I did a 40 day round with a prescribed cream at my doctor. Starting weight was 194.

    You had mixed nuts while still in P2?? That would be one of the problems. The things you listed on your last days of P2 aren't on the original protocol. That could also be part of the problem. If you used a cream, it might not have had real HCG in it or was too weak. It just depends on the actual ingredients of it.

    You'll want to watch it with all that dairy at first. You're really not much over your LDW. Maybe scale back on the cheese and fast food salads. Those things have hidden ingredients usually and can cause gains.

    The cream was compounded by a local reputable pharmacy and I paid for the stronger dose. I've used this pharmacy in the past not for HCG, so I certainly hope its real!

    And oh heck, I thought I was technically in Phase 3 on Friday since my last dose of HCG was Wednesday. I only had the one fast food salad and didn't even finish it, but I'll steer clear of them now.

    I'm really struggling with getting my calories up...who'd have thought!!!

    If your last dose was Wednesday, you would wait 48 hours. So..depending on what time you put the cream on, you could have been in P3 on Friday. A lot of people have nut and dairy allergies and don't find out until they do HCG. You don't have to worry about calorie count either. Just eat until you're satisfied. You're on the right track, so you'll be fine!

    P3 would have started 72 hours after your last dose of hcg. The cream, injection and RX drops are all the same, 72 hours. But you're actually doing fine. It's normal to gain a bit in the first days of P3 anyway and you're only up 1.6 pounds. That may have been from eating nuts and other non allowed things on P2 but it's still not bad.

    Thanks for responding Grammy! I have a feeling tomorrow is going to be a steak day though.

    Ahhh yes, I forgot if it's rx cream it's 72 hours. It shouldn't mess anything up though. I would just still cut out either the nuts or dairy (or both) and see if that helps. If it does, you can add each back in slowly to see which one makes you gain.

    I wanted to come back and give an update. I essentially went to eating phase 2 foods in larger portions, then have been adding one thing at a time. I seem to be stabilizing thus far and back down to 168 (which is actually 1.4lbs down from my LDW.)

    I really wish my doctor would have given me ANY guidance. It took two nights of research including a middle of the night bout with insomnia and asking y'all to actually figure how I even start to stabilize. Today was P3D10.

    One more question though on "clearing" food. Is that adding an item such as eggs one day and seeing if I gain the next morning?

    I usually add that one thing 2-3 days first to see if there's any climb in weight. Glad you are back down!

    Glad you're back down! I would move slowly with things like eggs, nuts and dairy products. If you add something in, try it for at least a couple days. If by the 3rd day you haven't gained, you've likely cleared it and can start adding other things.
