    Clinic too rogue? Stay or Go out on my own

    I'm trying to figure out if the clinic I am doing my HCG diet through is the right way to continue forward or should I go out on my own. Its a IM injection (250 IUs) 3x a week and 750 calories also turkey and tuna are allowed. They also offer subQ daily 500 calorie protocol as well. My weight loss is as follows:

    Pre-load = 158 lbs I am 5 ' 3.5
    After load = 161.6 2 Jun 14
    3 Jun 14= 158
    4 Jun 14= 157.6
    5 Jun 14= 156.2
    6 Jun 14= 158.0 (cheated had 6 peanut M & Ms)
    7 Jun 14= 155.4
    8 Jun 14= 155
    9 Jun 14= 155.6
    10 Jun 14= 154
    11 Jun 14= 153.4
    12 Jun 14= 151.8
    13 Jun 14= 153.2 (Had 2 chips)

    Also I'm concerned that this is just water weight based on the fluctuations and no changes to my measurements. My last concern is I'm a night shift worker (12 hr shifts mostly) and am having a hard time getting into a regular schedule. I find that I do get hungry but not sure if my dose is to high or the irregularity of my eating schedule. I try to be as regular as I can but sometimes it just doesn't happen.

    Are the shots pre filled? If not, I'd do it right. That is much too high of a dose and you're not going to lose well. If they are pre filled, you could get a sterile vial and put all the fluid into it then draw out 125 and do IM if you want. I wouldn't follow their protocol.
