You're lucky! LOL But I guess it shows you have no trouble with gluten which is the underlying cause of a lot of weight problems. Snacking is perfectly ok by the way.

I had to laugh out loud with your message! I guess you are right... I am lucky. Might not be the sharpest tool in the shed... Eating Melba Toast everyday through P3, but lucky I am!! I have had no weight gain, just loss. I have stayed @125 for 3 days now. So that's good. I increased my protein serving by doubling. Thought perhaps I wasn't getting enough calories daily, along with my type of work... (Very physical) as to why the continuous loss. Also went and bought nuts to snack on.
Question- this coming Tuesday is the last day of P3. Do you think it would hurt me to stop come Sunday, Mothers Day? Do you think those 2 days will make a difference? Or just that day and go the next 2 back? That just seems silly. It's an honest question though. Of course, MD is a family gathering. So I am putting it out there. Will cutting 2 days off the 21 ruin everything thus far? I am not planning on devouring everything... Just plan on not nit picking the entire meal to death and enjoy. BUT.... if it is just plain stupid (which after speaking this out loud, feels like it) then I will just keep pushing ahead with protocol for the remaining 2 days.
    Give me your feedback pls!

No those 2 days aren't crucial with as stable as you are. and if you gain a little, it's all good at this point.
