    Unhappy Is My Dosage Off????

    Hi there,

I've been following the Nu Image plan for my dosage... 200 units ( I fill to the 20 mark line )... but I'm failing at this hunger thing. I'm always hungry, no matter what I do! My first round a few years ago, I had to force myself to eat, but the these following rounds, I end up giving up because I am so hungry.

    Please help!!

Yes, I'd say almost certainly your dose is way too high. Some rare people need to go as high as 175, but Nu Image's 200 is wrong. I wish they'd stop punishing people with that. Most people do best at 125 to 150 iu.

How many days have you been taking hcg? If you've had at least 4 shots, skip tomorrow's shot. Do you remember what dose you took in the past? If you remember, it might be a good idea to try that dose the day after your skip day. If you don't remember, try 150 iu. You may need to lower it further, but always skip a day before changing your dose.

Okay will do! Thank you so much!

I've been on it for 2 weeks and 3 days. I think I did 150 last time, but the needles were different so not entirely sure! I will do as you say and report back. Skipping today and trying 150 tomorrow! Thank you so much!

I feel somewhat sane today after skipping tomorrow, and doing 150iu! Thank you!

Great news! Hopefully this is the end of your hunger issues. But if not, you can skip again after 4 days at the new dose and do another adjustment. It would be very normal to end up at 125iu as a sweet spot dose.

i am having crazy hunger..like wanting to punch fist in a wall! I started taking 125IU from the start which was 14 days ago. I skipped a shot and watched how I felt at 4pm. I was very mixed regarding at first i felt ok but around 6pm i got very hungry again. i have mixed my 5000IU with 10cc of water. Today i injected a .24cc on the syringe and i am sooo hungry! I have never dropped lower than 125IUs. Help!

If you got hungry the evening of your skip day, then you should raise the dose to .30 on your syringe. That is a dose of 150iu according to your mixture.

See if that fixes your hunger issues. It might take a couple days to see relief since you lowered slightly today.

Just wondering the protocol says if doing the shorter 26 days you don't need to skip a day for immunity, but for 40 days to skip once per week. What if I plan on 30 days. I think that will put me at my target weight. Do I need to skip a day once a week or once every 10 days? Thanks Holly

For round of up to 20 dose days, you don't need to skip. Anything over 30, yes, skip.
