    I find that if I think I am hungry... sometimes drinking water will most def. make the "hunger" feelings go away... so just like Paendora said... it could be thirst

    Here is something to consider and I am sure Grammie will correct this if I am leading you astray.

    When you change your dose don't jump all around.
    Either lower it or increase it but I'd say no more than .25.

    Stay on that dose for at least 3 days so that dose is level in your body and you can really assess it. ie: 3 days at 125 and you will be level at that dose, however one day at 200 plus one day at 150 plus one day at 125 your level is going to average out at 158.3 iu's.

    thanks so much for all of the responses!! I have noticed that since the hunger has gone away alittle this morning my stomach is boiling, like I have gas or need to go to the bathroom but neither is happening. It is just boiling away. Anything I do about that? FYI I do take several things.....Magnesium,Potassium Gluconate,MSM,and Biotin.

    Well guys here we are at the end of the day AND WHAT AN AMAZING DIFFERANCE!!! Amazing i say!!! I feel so much better!! Around meal time (lunch and now dinner) I am alittle hungry but not starving and I feel as though I could eat or not, doesnt really matter. Is that what it feels like? I LOVE IT!! Oh I pray it lasts and isnt a coincidence to me uping my dose. Thank you so much for everyones help! I will check back in here tmr and let you know how its going!

    You Got It!! WhoooHoooo...and yea...it's amazing feeling, huh? I remember that moment when it clicked for me, too!

    I have had only chicken breast for my meat since day 1 and have lost 12.4 lbs in 13 days...so that isn't affecting me. I didn't see that in the book; however, when I asked my dr if it was ok he said it was fine but the protein in chicken is a bit low so that would be his only concern.

    I hope you are doing better. my dosing was off and it did make me cheat because I was home alone one night and thought I was going to pass out. Sad thing is I wasn't even craving anything particular. Oh well - just got back on track, learned it was fixable and moving forward!

    I am doing great!!! As a matter of fact I am having a hard time getting in my food now!!! Today all I have had is 3.5 oz of chicken, handful of strawberries and 3.5 oz of hamburger and a tad of onions. Is it ok if I dont eat all 500 cal?

    Yes.. Just be sure you get the protein. You need it and your body doesn't really store it in reserve like other stuff.
