    eating out P2

    Hi ,
    I value your advice so here goes...what do you suggest I order at a restaurant in P2. This is a social scenario that I can not avoid and I do not want to screw up my P2. We are going to PF Changs-Chinese food. They are typically accomodating within reason. I am scared to go grilled due to oil usage. Thinking steamed chicken with spinach and cabbage...no sauce(sugar). Is soy sauce and garlic alright? No rice(obviously) green tea and eat slowly. Pack half(or more) to go. Feedback appreciated.

    Should I eliminate fruit that day?

    They are pretty good about ordering what you need. I would ask for the gluten free menu so you can get gluten free soy. Maybe chicken and broccoli. or some kind of shrimp dish since if any oil gets on your food, it's still got less oil than something with beef. Good luck!
