AAF - I'm pretty sure cottage cheese has been a gainer for me this round (P3).
OK so I have read almost every single one of these posts and I am curious...I am starting P3 on Thursday and only have less than 5lbs to get to my goal. Could I do the steak day a week to get to my goal during P3 or will that mess up my metabolism?? Hoping for a yes, that's ok, as I would really love to get to my goal sooner than later!!
there are different schools of thought on that. some people feel you should wait until you get to P4 to try to lose weight. others find it's very difficult to lose in P3- you generally stabilize a couple of pounds above your liw. but if you lose it slowly, and don't do it by restricting calories (more by working out), you might pull it off. a steak day will probably not work if you are below your liw in P3.

Hmmm...ok, so what is the best way to get these last 5 pounds off? Today is my first (fabulous) day of P3. Can I cycle in another 10 days of P2 in about 2 weeks (I did 31 days of Real drops, but you were right, I think they went bad about 5 days ago, because I was STARVING the last few days)? Should I stay in P3 for 3 weeks and do a steak day once a week? Or should I just wait the full 6 weeks and do another short round (which seems ridiculous for 5 pounds...but that is just me NOT wanting to give up cheese again...yummy cheese! First thing I had today!!) I am planning on working out starting tomorrow (20 minutes high intensity running 2x per week and 20-25 minutes of weights 3x per week). Would love to hear from Grammy and mgsondance.
If it's only 5 pounds and you only did 31 days, I'd hop back on the P2 train and get them off!

OK...I don't get paid until the 1st...so should I just stay in P3 and then go back to P2 when I get my drops?
Thanks for the quick response!!
Yes that's what I would do.![]()

Oh....one more thing...do I have to load for 2 days or can I just do 1 since it will be less than 2 weeks in P3?
