    @Rosie - I have something called Ovadryl, but the labeling on your box says the right thing. Where'd you get it?
    @Meggles - Congrats!
    To everyone else...how do you know if your dose is too high? What will the symptoms be? Also, does anyone know what the general rule on exercise is? I have VLCD1 tomorrow - yikes!! I am already feeling today less of an appetite, but I'm eating anyway...cuz Dr. Simeon said to, haha!

    You could have gnawing hunger, weakness, poor losses or any combination of those.

    It might help you to read the page on it here: http://hcgdietinfo.com/weightlossgui...r-dose-of-hcg/

    Exercise: you can continue to do whatever you are used to doing. You will likely find that you don't have the same level of endurance as you do normally, so adjust as needed. But its not a good time to start a strenuous new program.

    One last question- how long will drops last? I used less than a weeks worth and it's for a 40 day round? Can I keep them? Maybe freeze them? I would hate to waste them. That's a lot of money down the drain

    So, I made the soup for lunch. I think *technically* I may have gone off POP because I may have 'combined' some things that I shouldn't have. Anyway, I put in my 3.5 oz of cut up chicken breast. I then added 5 oz of cut up celery (although, I still had some celery left in my bowl as I just couldn't eat anymore). I then chopped up with my "chopper" some fresh garlic and fresh onion and added that. Honestly, I think it maybe have equated to about 2-3 Tablespoons each. I then added: salt, pepper, a touch of poultry seasoning, and covered it with probably about 4 cups of water. It was pretty good. It was a nice change. I really wanted to add some chicken bouillon or broth to give it a stronger flavor but wasn't sure so I didn't. I then ate an apple for a snack.

    For dinner I had a grilled chicken breast & cut up a whole cucumber seasoned with some salt & pepper.

    I'm trying to get all my water in tonight in case I've had too much salt today. I would really like to experience a loss that will bring me further below that 170 mark (today I weighed in at 168.6... too close for comfort)

    Rosie, may I ask your height & age? I see your goal weight is 100 lbs. I haven't seen that since I was in high school (30 yrs ago). For *me*, I'd be thrilled to see the 122 lb! LOL

    Can you contact (call, email) the place you purchased them from? Maybe you can ask them or return them for either a refund or credit? Tell them you just learned you are pregnant.

    Congratulations, Meggie! You're right, the drops will not give a positive pregnancy test.

    Meggie, the homeopathic drops seem to last fine for a while even after they've been opened. I've heard of women using them a year later.
