    I agree making some changes rather than quitting is admirable, but not with the statement about in the end, getting to goal is what matters. I think what matters is being able to maintain after you have hit that goal.

    Good luck with switching to Dukan. I am a fan, but a word of advice, make sure you follow through all four stages, though I guess it's like that on this protocol as well.

    I lost 12kg in five months last year and within three months put back on half of it. I tried to go back on Dukan but it just wouldn't work second time around, hence I'm on HHCG to nip things in the bud before I balloon again.

    I've had success so far with this programme but really believe the key to it all will be stabilising well.

    Sweet! That's how I feel too.

    I need Grammy/Colleen to stay on protocol (so she can save me when/if my butt gets big) but I desperately desire the freedom to play around for a personal fit. So yeah, this lady is a scamp :-D
    I started with homeopathic drops, switched to Rx sublingual, then ended with homeopathic pellets. If I had to do it over again I'd go with pellets. And I'd cycle.
