    Is this enough food for the day on P2?

    Egg beaters( 100 calories) with a apple
    Tiliapia 3.5 oz and 4 cups spinach This is about 323 calories

    No, you didn't eat your 2nd fruit. And eggs are only allowed on occasion so don't eat that for your protein very often. It's not enough protein in general. You need to get as close to 500 calories as you can by not eliminating your veggies and fruit.

    Thanks Grammy. I am losing a pound a day but I will try to eat the extra fruit and vegetable. Would this menu be better? Lunch Tiliapa 3.5 oz and 2 cups of romanine and apple
    Dinner 3.5 oz of chicken
    4 cups spinach
    Handful of strawberries

    No, they are all junk. You should eat real food. There might be some recipes floating around that use seeds and nuts but I'm not a fan of that kind of thing so I have never looked. But you'd have to make sure you are okay with nuts first.
