Did you do the prescribed(from pounds and inches) steak day when your weight first became more than 2 pounds over your LIW? Also some find that they cannot eat nut flours in P3 without gains. We should stick to unprocessed foods in P3 so quest bars are not recommended. And weighing at night is also not recommended as it is almost always more than you weigh in the morning. I would do a steak day today and then go back to clean eating and skip the nut flours and the quest bars. Then try the iffy foods(eggs, dairy, nut) one at a time for 3 days each to see if you have large gains from them. If so, you may have a sensitivity to these foods. I have found that I really cant have much dairy or nuts without gaining. You can try the iffy foods again later if you like. But if you get the big gains from these foods, I would recommend waiing until P4 after you stabilize nicely on P3 to try them again. GL
