What Goal Looks Like 3 Years Later

I've been at goal at least 3 years. It might be 4. I've lost track. LOL I was at a big award banquet (Rosemary Cottage was a finalist for the Christy Award in the romantic suspense category) and I was attending the convention to launch my new book Seagrass Pier. I wore this black dress. The dress belonged to my dearest friend who lost her battle with ovarian cancer right after Thanksgiving. Her daughter wanted me to have the dress, and I wanted Di with me on this special night so I wore it. Looking at the picture, it was so amazing to me to see how far I've come and how well I've maintained my weight.

Well, rats it came out sideways. LOL But you can still see it. Nothing else has ever worked for me like hcg. Nothing. And I'm 62 so I've tried a LOT of things!

That is really sweet that you brought your friend along in spirit like that. You look great. Really and truly wonderful. BtW-I have your book in my Kindle and it's in my reading queue. I love to read and I'm exited about your book. BTW, what was your start weight?

Coleen, I have spoken with you about your friend, but I didn't realize she lost here battle last year. I am so sorry. But You look fabulous! She would have been proud.

You and I seem to be the last posting folks on here who have maintained our losses. I don't think that means others haven't...they just have moved on with life. And the ones who haven't maintained have moved on as well. That is the way a forum works....for good or for otherwise, lol. Congrats on your new book. I look forward to reading it as I have all your others.

Wow. You look fantastic! Congratulations on the accolades. It is an inspiration to see someone that has maintained so well. I hope I can say the same about myself in a few years.

Thanks for posting that picture....its great to see a current pic of you..

And its inspiring to see proof that HCG can be an avenue to finally being a normal size for those of us that believed it could never happen for us after so many years of failures. Like you, I did every plan under the sun, and I got to that normal size several times, but I could never stay there. HCG has been a miracle for me as well. That's the holy grail. Finding a way to maintain.
