You look stunning at age 62 and are a great inspiration to so many here. Thanks for sharing! I sure hope I will look as healthy at that age :-)

Thanks, friends! My starting weight was 230 and I ended up at 155. I'm 5'8" and wear a size 8 now. I was never in a size 8 even in school. LOL And Kats is right. MANY have maintained their weight. They have just moved on and don't hang out at the forum.

Barb, Diann died the day after Thanksgiving. I was there with her and her family as she slipped into the arms of Jesus. Precious moment. Her book For Better or For Worse is going to be a Hallmark movie, airing July 19th! I'm planning a big viewing bash for her family.

You look far younger than 62! It's grant to know that people have long term success.

I wore this black dress. The dress belonged to my dearest friend who lost her battle with ovarian cancer right after Thanksgiving. Her daughter wanted me to have the dress, and I wanted Di with me on this special night so I wore it. Looking at the picture, it was so amazing to me to see how far I've come and how well I've maintained my weight.

Beautiful Colleen. Also excited for the Movie coming out - it will be one of the few must watch TV (That's saying a lot since I don't watch TV!)

You look absolutely stunning!!! Your weight loss and maintenance is inspiring, and so wonderful to know that it's obtainable if we work hard and follow the protocol. Thank you for sharing the story of your friend, I'm sure she is smiling down on you and your accomplishments! I lost a good friend this past week to cancer as well, the heartache is horrible but it's all about the love you felt and continue to feel. Have a blast at the screening!!!
