Thank you!!
I think you should base it on how you look not a scale weight. So if you're healthy and happy at 140, I'd shoot for that!![]()

Hi Colleen,
I did a successful round and have been P3 for several weeks waiting for a bone fuse to heal. I will get the pins out November 4th. I wanted to load Nov 6th. - then I had emergency gallbladder removed on Monday. I am eating P3 with no issues. Avocado, coconut oil, eggs, coconut cream. No cheats.
Question: Surgery was 10-19-15. Do you think loading will be an issue with RX HCG on 11-6-15?
Also, I gained 7 pounds after surgery. I am sore bloated and was not thrilled to see scale up because I have kept my LDW in check for weeks. I guess its the saline, meds and surgery - it is slowly coming down. Besides P3 and water, anything else I can do to get this to unbloat? Broth? Not sure..
Thanks..

It's probably inflammation and will come off on its own as you heal. I think you should wait six weeks after surgery to load though. You need more protein to heal.

Grammy,
I have been successful in keeping the weight off for quite some time. My 5th round (slow loser) was this past March. I've noticed in the past few months I have had a difficult time maintaining my weight. I have been putting weight on in my middle section. Labs have shown that I am in peri menopause. I just turned 51. I am trying like heck to keep this weight from coming on, but I am struggling to do so. In addition to the sex hormones, my thyroid hormones are off and I have high cortisol in the evenings. I'm starting BHRT and working on my thyroid. My question is, once I balance out this mess will a round of HCG take off this belly fat? I am so frustrated to have come this far to look like the Michelin man. I wasn't planning on doing another round until well after the first of the year. I will do RX injections.
Thanks so much.

Yes it would take it off. You might try Trim Healthy Mama right now though. That really helps balance out your hormones too and you might drop that middle fat you're concerned about.

Hello Grammy,
I'm very new here on this forum and it was suggested to me that I bring my "Dosing Questions" to you here on this thread. I start Phase 1 yesterday as my 1st loading day. Today is my second loading day and tomorrow will be my first day on Phase 2/500 Cal diet. can you explain to me what dose of HCG I should be taking "How I should be taking my HCG Drops". I am using the "Homeopathic HCG Drops" the bottle mentioned 5 drops 4 times per day? if my calculations are correct that would be me taking 5 drops of HCG drops every 2.5 hours. Could you explain please so I can be sure I am taking my HCG properly? Thanks you
FYI, I haven't felt hungry at all but am thirsty all the time. I drank 3 liters of water yesterday.
Most take homeopathic 3x a day. I would divide up your dose three ways. Taking it so often can mess you up because of not eating or drinking 30 minutes before and after the drops. Plus, check your drops and make sure they read hcg 3x, 6x, 12x. There are many fake ones on the market. I'mm not familiar with your drops so you need to read the label. You won't feel hungry when you're loading.![]()

Thank you,
Yes, I was wondering the same thing this morning when I set my dosage timer I thought well can't drink water cause in 20 min I have to take a dose. I am taking "Contour HCG Homeopathic Fat Release System". The dosage label reads: 4x,12x,30x,60x. I bought them at Stay Healthy Store. Yesterday I did them 3 times during the day but today I was going for every 2.5 hours which made me question due to the drinking water issue. I believe I will start tomorrow taking my drops just three times per day. It just seems much easier that way. as for exactly how many I took 5 drops each time yesterday but today I was taking 6 drops each time. Do you have any suggestions on how many drops I should be taking? Also, Thank you again.
Whatever the instructions say. They read HCG 3x and not something else? Read them carefully. It's very unusual to find real drops in a store.

Hi Grammy! I just sat down with my calendar and realized I screwed up big time. I have two big events: November 7th which is a BIG family party celebrating two Birthdays, as well as-and more importantly to me-the 1st anniversary of meeting our 3 now adopted daughters. I thought I'd be in phase 3 by then and had planned yummy no sugar/carb treats (and an adult beverageaccordingly. Then I'd be into Phase 4 by Thanksgiving, although I plan to continue on a low carb/very minimal sugar journey. The problem is that I didn't count the load days separately. YIKES.
I started HCG Wednesday October 14. Loaded the 14th and 15th, and started vlcd Friday 10/16. So I'll be at 23days of HCG on Thursday Nov 5, and can't start P3 until Sunday November 8. The day after our big shindig. My miscounting also means I'd be a few days short of a full three weeks on P3 before Thanksgiving. I thought about doing a planned interruption for the 7th since no matter what I do now I won't be out of P3 by Thanksgiving, however I'd be a day short of the number of effective days Dr. S says is needed before an interruption.
Do I...
1. Do a planned interruption for Nov 7th anyway, a day short of protocol?
2. Cheat as minimally as possible on the 7th and stay on P2 a little longer as long as I'm on P3 by Thanksgiving? (My reason for doing a short round was these two events)
3. Be one day short of a round by Nov 7, and a fewdays short of a full p3 by Thanksgiving. (Eeeek!)
Sorry for all the info. And I wouldn't be as worried about the two days except I'm the big cook in our clan and can't imagine how in the heck I'd even be able to cook without taste-testing as I don't follow recipes, let alone the temptation aspect.
