    Hi Grammy. I am in a bad place right now and looking for guidance. I did round last spring, went from 174 to 148 and then maintained until the end of January at about 143. I ballooned up to 152. I started my second round and went down to 136.6 (my ultimate goal weight was 128). I entered phase 3 only 2 1/2 weeks ago. Last week I had my life take a bit of an unexpected turn for the worse and I resorted to old habits of comfort in binging...of course on carbs and sugar-y sweets. I was too distraught to even step on the scale. I woke up from this stupor and told myself I'm not going to let food comfort me anymore. I was so proud of how taunt and flat my stomach felt only 1 1/2 weeks ago. Now it feels like I've gained 20 pounds of pudgy fat and bloat in just my stomach area. I stepped on the scale and found I was already at 142 two days ago. Disheartened, I did a steak day. I was at 141.8 today. Now, tonight, I feel even more bloated and even have rolls again in my abdominal area. Do you have any advice for me. My head is back in the game but I feel like I'm so far behind the starting line again. I actually for the first time in a year feel uncomfortable in my own skin. Do I load and do another phase 2 (I only did a 21 day cycle with hhcg drops and was still not at goal weight) do I just stay on phase 3 and try to stabilize at this yuck higher weight? I'd greatly appreciate any advice- thanks for being so generous with your wealth of knowledge! Take care and Happy Spring!

    I'm certainly not Grams and she'll answer but
    you know, we have threads to help us stay accountable and for support. Not BEAT YOU OVER THE HEAD STUFF(although I'm sure some threads are like that & that's fine, its whatever you need) How about, P3 p4 site or lovely losers amazing in april

    I would wait until Sunday morning now, ybnvs.

    bliss, I"m so sorry you're struggling. You're only up a few pounds right now. I would just get your head back in the game and get back to P3 food. You may lose a couple more pounds and then just try to hold the line until you can do another round. Good luck!

    I had a feeling you might say that.... Thanks for the reply. What do you suggest in the meantime?? Do you know, If it is hypothyroidism, is it something I can treat without needing a prescription by a medical doc? I live in an area where natural docs are hard to come by. I can go get a blood test anywhere but then what? Do I just hope I don't continue to gain? Thanks for your help.

    Grammy, ok...so I didn't take my .45 drops this morning.
    I know it's early ( 9:39 am as i write this) but if i'm hungry by this evening that means I need to increase my dose.
    Do I go up to .50 and increase slowly until i'm at my comfort level?
    This is what i've done since 4/1
    I loaded on 4/1 & 4/2. On my second liading day i was feeling hungry. My HCG dose on load was .55.When I asked you should i be hungry on load you mentioned I may be to high and suggested going to .45
    On my first vlcd i continued to take the .55 that morning. I misunderstood you on lowering dose and took .50 in the evening of my first vlcd. On day two of vlcd i took .45 morning and night but still hungry. Day three same. And today is day four i'm skipping and so far still hungry. So need to know what do i increase too ?!?
    UPDATE: it's 12:36 in the afternoon..my hunger is very very minimal. So if by the end of the day (evening) there is zero hunger i guess i drop it below .45? Ugg this is so confusing

    Grammy, I'm so frustrated!!! Zero loss this morning. And only down -.2 yesterday.. This is my first week. It is suppose to be my greatest loss!!! I have not cheated. If anything I'm under my 500 calories... Sorry to be so negative.. I'm drinking at least 2 liters of water a day. I don't eat fruit and I do not do the melba toast or any carb other than what is in my veggies.. Any suggestions?

    songbird, it has to be treated with meds. Most regular doctors can treat hypothyroidism. You just have to be firm about what kind of meds you want. Read up over at www.StopTheThyroidMadness.com.

    cheleez, it's much too early to tell if skipping is going to help. You won't know that until later afternoon and into the evening. If better, you should lower to 35 or 40. If no better then raise it to 60 since we know 55 wasn't working.

    ny, how much have you lost? What is your dose and what is your weight and height?

    Ok this is driving me nuts.
    I'm hungry but its a barely there hunger.. It comes and goes. I have that " empty feeling" that you say we will grow to love.
    So at this point what does this mean?
    Do i stay at my .45..slowly dropping it to completely get rid of that barely there hunger?
