Grammy the weight is not falling off at all. It seems .3 loss two days in a row. Less than six pounds in a week.
I'm POP .... Almost 100 grams of fluids (combine of water and stevia sweetened decaf Green tea) ... I am at 16 ccs injection of HCG esc morning. Urge. Can you recommend anything?

Great posts ALL ... LOVE reading them!! Thanks for sharing !! I have stay the same, no loss. It's my SKIP day as I plan a looooooong run. I'm determined to loose it ALL once and for all. Even though I find this diet easy as in no thought needed once you got the hang of it, I still HATE dieting!!!! I will measure today which is a GREAT motivator for me. I have a question and I have wondered this every time I am on HCG (drops) . WHY OH WHY does this diet work this way Here is what I don't get...... if people go off the slightest bit they stay the same or the scale goes up but WHY ???? I can't help but look at the calories. How can you possible put on weight if you ate something slightly off and it brought your calorie count to 600. I don't care if its fat , sugar etc. I don't get it. All it tells me is HCG puts weight on unless it is exactly with protocol. Thats the only thing it could possibly be. I don't think anyone has an answer for this. If someone does enlighten me LOL Saying it is scientific doesn't work for me LOL. Does anyone know the real answer to this ? I've read pounds and inches many times. Don't see the answer there.
On a positive note. This is the ONLY diet that works for me. Its very slow with me but I can lose some weight. Nothing else works but this. I just need the question above answered but I have never been able to get an answer that makes sense to me.

Schlafer, this is typical for this point in the protocol. Most don't even lose 2 pounds in this particular week. You're down over 16 pounds in 14 days! I'm lashing you with a wet noodle for daring to complain about it! :)
dar, this is not a diet. It's a HORMONAL PROTOCOL. Foods that are off protocol disrupt the hormonal response.
Hi , I have an urgent query: Im on my 5 vlcd and taking sublingual drops I mixed myself( only N/S no alcohol) 50 units morning and 50 evening but today my taste buds are so off, that while I had my green tea in the morning, I couldnt eat my lunch because it tasted salty enough to be bitter. Then my evening green tea ,made exactly as I have been making it for the past 4 days, tasted too bitter as well.. and now the same thing with my dinner. the only thing I could tolerate was an apple sprinkled with a bit of seasoning...
Is this normal??

Grammy, I know you've answered this a million times but can you tell me where I can order hcg and the kit for drops. My brother wants to start the diet and has asked me to help with getting hcg. I had got mine from my doctor. And he needs to lose 30# so how much would he need? Thanks:)
Colleen, thank you for the post. what is so interesting is I weighed around 7:00AM this morning (when my 3 & 5 year old first awoke). I settled and relaxed for a while and for grins & giggles I weighed again, and funny thing is I actually lost more weight. I was an entire pound lighter. I have not had a chance to correct my post, but you are right. I realize that b/c I am following strict protocol that I'm steady eddy with weight loss. In total I am now 17.7 fat release since 03/06/2013, and I am thankful. (I needed a lashing so thanks... your note cracked me up).

Grammy, I was only able to mix about 9ml (instead of 10) of bacteriostatic water with 10,000U of HCG. Should I adjust my dosage? I was prescribed .20 cc. Today was my 3rd shot and first day of VLCD... wasn't sure if that was the reason for hunger or because my dosing was off. Thanks for your help!

he can order the hcg from www.safemeds4all.com. I don't know about kits. I always order things separately.
That's great, Schlafer! But just realize you are very lucky. All of us who follow the protocol exactly usually don't lose the way you are. Count your blessings! LOL
determined, that's much too potent a mix. You are on too high of a dose.With the way you mixed it, you are taking 222 iu. Skip your injection tomorrow and take it down to 13 units.
