Should I take the day off tomorrow again and then try 100? I hate to run out of time and not get near my goal. If I am starving is it like I'm on a diet without hcg?

It's too soon to skip again so just lower it to 100 tomorrow.

Julie, I answered on your other thread but now I can't find my answer. Weird. Anyway, your dose is too high. Looks like it's on about 17 or 18? That's likely 170 or 180 iu which is too high for most. Skip your shot tomorrow then lower to 15. You may even need to go down to 12.5.

Hi Grammy! I just started my second round and I'm doing injections this time, but I'm not sure if my dose is right. I'm at 150 i.u. (Ovidac) right now and I feel a little bit of hunger (mostly early in the morning and right before dinner) but much more fatigue. I did start this round right before Tom (which I know is normally a no-no, but I need to be finished with it early August and wanted to be able to get 40 days in) and i wonder if that is what is causing the tiredness. My question, then, is Should I wait until after Tom to play with my dosing?

You can try skipping a dose once you've taken 4 injections. Fatigue is often a sign of a wrong dose. Good luck!

Thanks for the quick reply. Tomorrow will be my fourth VLCD day, and I took 2 injections for my load, so Should I skip the day after tomorrow? And can I count that as my weekly skip day as well?

You count all your injections so you have been on 6 days. You can skip tomorrow and count it as your weekly skip day. Pay attention to how you feel from mid afternoon on.

Tomorrow will be six days. I'll just skip the seventh and that should let me know hopefully. Thanks so much Grammy.

I would skip tomorrow. The longer you go on the wrong dose, the more weight you're apt to regain in P3.
