    Good Morning Grammy,

So now that i'm in P4 (a week into it), i decided to start exercising. I began the P90x progam on wednesday now its friday morning and i'm up 3.4lbs over ldw!!!! With regards to foods eaten yesterday i had and egg omelette (made with 2 eggs and 3 egg whites), organic turkey slices and pork rinds(i chugged quite a bit of water when i ate these two items and the pork rinds had no sugar or carbs), celery, spinach, 3medium chicken thighs and 5tbsp of HWC (i admit i might drink too much hwc).

My question is -- should i do a correction day to be safe even though some of the weight may be water retention. Also i constantly constipated -- i started taking magnesium (doesnt help much), i dont want to get used to taking liquid mag citrate. Do you have any suggestions?

    THanks so much

A lot of people have trouble once they start exercising. So weird! It's probably water weight but I'd still do a steak day.

    Hi Grammy,
I've done hcg once before but did the sublingual. I am wanting to try the drops (mainly for cost reasons), where do I get them? I don't want the hhcg drops.
Thank you so much for your help!!!

Hi Grammy, I noticed this question on another thread & wanted your expert opinion and what you've personally experienced as well as what you've seen anecdotally (idk if that's even a word, but you get the idea). Are you now able to eat "like a normal person", without gaining weight? I hate using that expression, but in the interest of time...I'm sure all of us know people who have never had an issue with weight. Not that they were underweight, but they were able to eat 2-3 cookies, or 2-3 slices of pizza and not gain weight. Those same people exercise 3-4 times a week without killing themselves in the gym, and do so because not only is it important for our overall health and well being, but, afterward, it makes you feel good, and they can still eat bread at a meal or dessert when they feel like it. My question is if our hypothalamus is being reset, will we be able to be like those kinds of people, or will we always need to be mindful of what we eat because we will always have the propensity to store or accumulate old as well as new fat. Thanks, in advance.
    Jennifer

The majority of people that I know do just what you're saying. I can't however because I can't eat gluten, not ever. And I've always been sensitive to carbs. I'm trying to fix that with the leptin reset but I'm happy eating low carb and always will do that.

mckenzie, you will have to get hcg and mix it yourself for sublingual use unless you go to a very expensive doctor. And I'd change your sign-in name honey. You won't be hungry, you will be THIN!

Ha! Thanks Grammy! I don't want the sublingual, just the oral drops. I just purchased a 2oz bottle of Celeste's. I hope they are good ones and not the homeopathic kind. Have you tried them?

    Hi Grammy,

I posted this in another thread but didn't get any reply. I'm still getting my way around here. Thinking if getting the drops. Please guide me I've posted at a wrong thread. Thank u so much!

Just decided to try this diet after few unsuccessful diet plans. I'm at my heights weight where I refused step onto the scale will share more about that in other thread once i'm on the diet!

    Here are my Q's:

    1. How many bottle do I need for a 23day protocol?

    2. if I decide to extend the diet to 40 days, then how much do I need?

    3. I've been reading on where to get the hHHG drops, is this site reliable http://meridianhealthlabs.com/index.php ?

    4. I did a candida test & failed. But I read in the forum that the diet itself will take care of it, please correct me if I'm wrong

    5. If I choose to do a body cleanse, is the any products I can get in walgreens or CVS? please advise.

    Thank you all!!
