They are capsules that I'm taking. would they still have fillers? A big part of why I was taking them was for liver, and also cell support and biotin for hair (as I'm hoping to not lose much hair). What do you think? Still stop them?

    Round 1: 103.8kg - 91kg (August 14-September 20 2013)
    Round 2: 94.2kg (P2 start January 4 2014)
    VLCD 18: -6.3kg
    VLCD 20: -7.0kg
VLCD 22: -7.9kg (had to clean out my wardrobe...its all too big)
    VLCD 31: - 9.7kg

Hi grammy, I increased my dose to 0.3ml but I started to feel very hungry in the evening the second day. Tried 0.25ml today and planning on increasing to 0.34ml. My problem is that I just got my period two weeks too early. I don't know if I should continue taking hcg. I've seen yes and no answers.

Doing something, they aren't a multi vitamin? Specific capsules like biotin are all right. But yes there are often still fillers.

bbcks, most don't stop their hcg during their period.

    Grammy,

I am currently on 100 iu, Hucog 500 mixed with 10cc bac. water. Round 4 for me. I have been on this dose for several days. For the last day or so I have not been hungry or have any cravings, I just want to eat. A huge desire to eat. Could this be a dosage issue?

    Thanks so much.

This is technically my 5th round of HCG. I did my first 3 rounds in 2011 and became pregnant in October of that year. My lowest weight was 187. During those rounds I did hhcg. After I finished nursing in April I started my 4th round of hhcg. I didn't realize until I was finished that I was not taking hhcg but some variation that did not have any hcg in it. I did loose a total of 34 lbs. and after struggling initially to stablize I finally took a more Paleo/Primal approach to eating which helped to stablize my weight. I began my 5th round Aug 11th after a 12 week break, it was not my inital plan to take that long of a break but my hubby wanted to do this round with me. We decided to try genuine hcg this round and are now doing injections.

My question is, can I take a shorter break after this round or do I need to stick to the idea that this is my 6th round and should be off for 6 or more months. Currently on day 21 of this round I am at 228, my end goal is to be around 160-165 and was hoping to do another round at the after Thanksgiving.

    Thank you for your help.

    Jenni

It's probably ok to consider this your first round because your weight is back up and there are no immunity issues with hhcg. If you'd kept off a lot of the weight, I would have said you needed a longer break for your skin but I think you'll be okay. Good luck!

I skipped today and felt the same. Not so much hungry, or craving just a desire to eat. It's driving me mad. I only have a week or so to go to it my 30 days and at this rate I'm afraid I won't make it. I wanted to add that this time I froze all of my injections the day I filled them. I take one out the night before.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks so much,

    Vonda

Then it sounds like maybe you need to increase your dose just a smidge. I wonder if you ruined your hcg? It says right on the bottle, do not freeze. You might get a pregnancy test and test one of your injections.
