schutzie, that might be 200 iu. If so that is too high of a dose so skip a dose and take it to 15 units.

nicky, the pattern I see is that it's likely dairy. Cut ALL dairy for a few days and see if you get back down within 2 pounds of your LIW. Then add again and see if you start gaining again. I'd also not eat cocoa crack yet. You may be getting an insulin response to the sweet taste or you may have trouble with the sweetener.

mylin, most of us don't do P1. You can start hcg right away if you want. and Jonathan's suggestion of paleo/primal is great!

Mini, that's not enough calories for the long haul but a 1.2 fluctuation is normal. Heck, you're UNDER LIW so quit obsessing! LOL

eggie, you don't have to add anything to your P3. You seem perfectly stable.

    I know! I'm such a freak! LOL

    Hi Grammy!

Im a bit of a newbie but i posted a question to my group (the YOUR Plan group) and i was told to ask you sooo here i go..

My bF has been doing the HCG with me, its only day 3 for us, but he has been complaining of severe stomach pains and light headedness and complains that he feels hungry all the time. I think it has to do with his workshecdule.

    He works:
    Saturday - In @ 7 am
    out at 3pm
    In @ 11 pm
    Out @ 7 am Sunday

    Sunday :
    Out at 7 am
    In at 11 pm
    Out at 7 am Monday

So its a mixture of day shifts and graveyard.. I was wondering what we could do? do we up his dosage? We are doing sub drops.

    Thanks!
    -Xer0

My inches have not moved, what about yours?

are you really on R4? what was your start weight? are you exercising?

I seem to be the same size, but I can tell in my mid-section. Yesterday, my tummy seemed big on my steak day. I wasn't bloated or felt bad, maybe it was mental...

I am on round 4 and had problems stabilizing in round 3, so I started round 4 early. My start weight was 213lbs. and I as of today (after a 3.4 lbs. drop from yesterdays steak day) I am 152.4 Haven't seen my LIW 148.8 for a week and a half or more. I did exercise in all three rounds during all phases, but this round I thought I would try something different to see if I would stabilize better. I haven't worked out in about a month. As soon as I hit P4, I will begin my exercise regime, which is step aerobics, eliptical, weights, cycling and swimming. I usually work out for about an hour. Now, that it is summer, I take 45 minute walks too. I love to work out and really miss it. I have 3 more days of P3, although I haven't stabilized and will begin working out this weekend.

I'll take cream back out, but I already did that and seemed to continue fluctuating. Did I not take it out long enough? I haven't had any other dairy. I use stevia in my cocoa crack, which I seem to be OK with, but will ommit the cocoa crack too. Should I stay at 1200 calories today and for the next few? Thank you for all of your help I really appreciate your knowledge and support.

@ BellaXero, I also work rotating shift work and have found it challenging. I am one week in and started when I was on graveyard. I was fine until I switched to day shift and then my stomach hurt for two days with diarrhea. I was going to ask Grammy her suggestion as well. I just try to space out the Hhcg and meals as evenly as possible when awake, whether night or day. Lost 8.6 lbs this first week, so it must be ok. The upset stomach has stopped. We'll see what happens when I have to switch back to nights again!

Bella, are they RX sublingual hcg drops or homeopathic hcg drops? Either way, either the hcg is no good or his dose needs adjusted but some people don't do well on homeapathic at all so keep an eye on him. What dose are you taking?

Nicky, how short did you cut the break???

Cut the dairy break or the P4 break?

I only had cheese one day and then cut out dairy again except for cream in my coffee. I took cream out for two days and still went up a couple of pounds.

I cut the P4 break by about 30 days. Between round 3 and 4, I only let 40 days go by, because I had gained 15 lbs. and didn't know why. This round seems to be the same. I lose really well on P2, but have been struggling with P3 for both rounds now.

Since you have such trouble in P3, I'd stick to meat and veggies a few days. No dairy, eggs or nuts. Do that for about a week so if there is any inflammation it can calm down. I know it's boring. But we need to get to the bottom of the problem.

Have him try taking 12. And is it REAL homeopathic? I've never heard of that brand and there are a lot of scammers out there now that have only amino acids in them. It's not clear on their site. They don't actually tell you what is in it.

Now I see it. Those do not have hcg in them. They are not real homeopathic hcg so you need to get real drops.

Which homeopathic drops do you suggest?

Check the stickys at the top of the Homeopathic Lounge. They have some suggestions there.
