Read the manuscript. There is a link above.

YOU ALSO have to .. be more proactive in p3, p2 is easy cuz, its like the army "just follow orders", in p3 you have to think and adjust
read the link, she writes very well and its easy to read and remember, book mark it
    plus the home page
    good luck, no worries

    Hi Colleen,

It's been a while since I visited this thread Last Saturday I started another round I but hadn't really prepared myself mentally, so I struggled from the get go. I loaded on sweet stuff which was a bad idea and I felt headachy all week, which led to my breaking protocol for three days in a row starting Thursday up until this evening. As in hard-core binging. I think my main problem is that this time I did it on my own without the support of the forum, which took away the accountability factor.

This is the first time in three days I'm feeling guilty, which I consider a good thing. Where do I go from here? Do I continue with the drops, or do I stop and regroup? I'd really love to continue but not sure if it's a good thing. Arghhhh!!!

    Thx, grammy!

Just pick yourself back up and get back on the horse. Make sure you have good drops though. There are a ton of bad ones out there now. Scary.

Thx, Colleen! From now on, I'm going to follow it to the T. I think I'm ready I'll triple check the drops to make sure they're legit.

I am back to HCG now that life has stabilized. I have lost about 100 lbs from my highest (Atkins then HCG) and put back the weight I lost in my last round while going through my divorce. That said, I have taken most of that gain off this round thus far. My dose is perfect...no hunger. I hope to finish up this P2 the same way and go into P3 and going forward. I still have *alot* left to lose to goal, but I am going to get there!!

My question is this. I have found a doctor that deals with food sensitivities and hormone imbalance and I want to address those issues to help me going forward. How long do I need to be out of P2 in order to benefit the most from seeing the doctor? Thanks so much!!
    P2 Started 10/26/13...wish me luck!

So sorry for what you've been through, torister! Glad you have no hunger and are on track. Your hormone testing needs to wait for about 6 weeks after finishing a round, a minimum of 4 really. Your thyroid levels especially need to be able to drop down. The food sensitivities can be done even in P2.

Thanks Colleen. I am in a much better place now, but darn that stress eating!! Learning to deal with stress in other ways is a challenge, but I am getting there! I am a glass half full person and I am just glad I did not let it get any more out of hand. I have lost great using the HCG in the past and hope to use it to get to goal.

So, I need to be off the HCG for at least 4 weeks but 6 weeks is better for any blood work? That is good to know! I will make an appointment for the food sensitivities since the HCG won't be an issue. It would be good to know what things will negatively affect me.

I love this board and I have been reading this round, but not posting much!

Hi Grammy! I could use some advice.

R2P2D21 right now. Just like last time, I started with a dose that was a little too high for me (I think in my head, I still weigh more than I actually weigh), so after a few days of starving to death I lowered my dose. Since then, I've been fine. Smooth sailing, very little (to almost no) hunger. Not full of energy, but I can deal with that. Now, right around the half way mark (this happened last time, too), I'm starting to get pretty hungry again. I just re-mixed, so I know my HCG hasn't gone bad or stale, since it's brand new. I mixed it the same way I always have, and take the dose that had been doing me well (125iu, 25 in my insulin syringe).

So, my question. I know that hunger (especially insatiable hunger and hunger first thing in the morning) is typical of a dose that's too high. But already down at 125iu, do you think my dose could still be too high? I weigh 165lbs right now. My first notion was to lower it a little (again) to see if that helped, but I don't want to go too low and I'm not sure what the "too low" threshold is. Can you help?

AimMee, it's typical to need to lower the dose in the middle of a round. Skip your next shot and see how you feel late afternoon and into the evening. You can go as low as about 80 but if you feel better, try 100 first. Good luck!

Oh and you should always start a new round where you ended the last time.

I'm in Hawaii right now so 5 hours ahead of Eastern time. My answers will be a little late. LOL

    Hi Grammy
My last injection was yesterday, day 30. I lost another pound this morning, so is my "lowest weight" from yesterday or today?
    Thanks

It is yesterday. It's always the weight you were the morning of your last injection.
