True I have never lost this well on any other plan! But it is extremely boring. Other plans have worked for me I just want the fast way I guess and to maintain what I have lost. And I feel this way I will. How are you liking Arizona(is it arizona you are at?)I have a cousin that lives in Arizona.

Okay grams I have a question-- for the last 7 months I have been doing weights (60-90 minutes 2-3 days a week) plus running 2-5 days.... I know that weights is a no go which I am okay with (it us only 30 days) but running and/or walking is my much needed mental release! I have made my head okay with walking and LIGHT jogging (I have my first half marathon in April) how do I adjust with food??

That is my understanding of it anyway. When I want the leanest meat and don't want to pay for grassfed, I buy an eye of round roast and have the butcher grind it for me. That seems to be the very leanest cut of meat, and you can see what is in it.

PS I think the grams of protein in a 3.5 oz serving of meat is about 30 grams.

I use grassfed so no worries there and no pink sludge, used it in my 1st round. What is the real calorie count for 35. ounces of 96% lean. It's different online and that is what I'm tripping about. Because on R1 I kept the count to 157.5 calories during the 40 days. I did lose 21 lbs but I still need to know. So please anybody interject here and give me some peace of mind

Berta, tomatoes don't have ADDED sugar. They contain natural sugar as do apples, strawberries and most other foods except meats. Those are fine. There is just no ADDEd sugar allowed. We love AZ!

alike, your weights are fine. you can totally do anything you are used to doing.

robinson, you're worrying for no reason. Just stick to the food plan and you're fine. I never actually count calories in P2. I just know if I eat my allowed food, I'll be under my 500 calories. Quit stressing! That will impact your weight loss. LOL

Ok, did'nt want to bother you but I am a bit worried. I have been dizzy for a couple of days and very weak. I eat both fruit a day, take extra potassium every day and a mulit-vitamin. I will be remixing my hcg in a couple of days. My dose is 150 injected. I tried warm water and extra salt last night. I am up .6 of a pound today I guess because I replaced my meat with cottage cheese no fat last night because I was to tired to cook.

I am on round 2 phase 2 day 20. Started at 158 and now weigh 122.0 pounds and I am 5 foot tall, 44 years old.

What do I do? I don't like the way I feel at all! Thank you for any help and input!

Honey, it's often right about now that a dose too high manifests itself. Skip your next shot and see how you feel in the evening. It might be that your dose is too high. Let me know how you feel.

May I take a planned interruption for only 2 days? I'll be doing 2 days into P3, then back into injections and VLCD on day 3. A schedule such as:

    VLCD 28 last injection
    VLCD 29 no injection
    VLCD 30 no injection
    Interruption day 1: P3
    Interruption day 2: P3
    VLCD 31 start injections again.

I've read differing things about interuptions: Some saying four days required, some saying four meals required.
    RD1:
    1/2/14 LOAD - 274.6
    49.5"/44"/54.5"

    1/30/14 LIW - 247.4
    47"/40"/52.5"

    RD2:
    3/3/14 LOAD - 252.2
    Forgot to measure!

    3/10/14 VLCD 8 - 240.2 [-12]
    Forgot to measure!

    3/15/14 VLCD 15 - 233.7 [-6.5]
    47"/38"/50"

    3/15/14 VLCD 15 - 230.0 [-3.7]
    Forgot to measure!

Total lbs lost - [-44.6] Total inches lost - [-13"]

I think this 35units are going to be okay.It seems I am hungry in the mornings. But not to the point I eat the kitchen sink.I'm on day 19 so not to many days left to drudge through.I can't wait until I can eat more different food again. This is really hard.
    Berta,

I am not a pro like Grammy but have some experience they may help you. What type of sweeteners are you using? I found that I was using a powdered stevia that had other sweeteners mixed in. I couldn't figure out why I was so hungry. Once I realized that and removed it, I felt more satisfied. The liquid Sweet Drops is 100% Stevia. Also check any supplements, they are often mixed with sweeteners to bind them. For some of us, these non Stevia sweeteners effect us more than others.

Not quite: one interpretation , here it is, good luck
“If an interruption of treatment lasting more than four days is necessary, the patient must increase his diet to at least 800 calories by adding meat, eggs, cheese, and milk to his diet after that third day, as otherwise he will find himself so hungry and weak that he is unable to go about his usual occupation. If the interval lasts less than two weeks the patient can directly resume injections and the 500-caloire diet, but if the interruption lasts longer he must again eat normally until he has had his third injection.

If a patient knows beforehand that he will have to travel and be absent for more than four days, it is always better to stop injections three days before he is due to leave so that he can have the three days of strict dieting which are necessary after the last injection at home.”

If you have plans to go away, or partake in the holiday foods and you don’t want to be on the hCG diet during that time, follow what Dr. Simeons says above. Stop all forms of hCG as you would when you are at the end of the hCG Diet Phase 2. However, you should still follow the no starch or sugar rule.

    hCG Diet Cheat Recovery

After your planned break or cheat, you need to recover and fast! If you gained weight, do not dwell on it, keep it moving forward. You enjoyed the food and this is just the consequences of that.

I can also give ups to this. Using Stevia continues to feed my sugar addiction, and ultimately give me more sweet cravings. Cutting it out is helping me eliminated emotional eating, and sugar addiction.
