    I am in week 2 of P3. Last week I added to many things in at once plus was on vacation and had some issues stabilizing at first. I have cut out the protein shakes and almonds. I have Been eating dairy the whole time and have been fine and even lost with the FFF days. Would I be safe now to add back in the protein shakes??? You think I would be ok now??

    You can try them but they always make me gain. No matter what phase I am in. My body prefers real food.

    Ok. I just wanted to try this recipe called protein fudge that has 2 scoops of chocolate protein powder, cream cheese and butter. I think I will try it and see what happens.

    I am also very upset. I bought some vanilla extract and happened to look at the ingredients a little bit ago and read corn syrup!!! It's no wonder my stomach has been hurting every time I used it in something. I thought I looked before I bought it but maybe not

    Hi Grammy,
    I am back for round two after 10 months. I was doing well keeping off the weight until about a month ago. Two kids, (end of the school year) full-time teaching, graduate school and helping my mom buy a home closer to us...need I say more. I am almost back to where I started. I ordered a 43 day, (2) 5000 iu vials from Your hcg diet. I remember you saying not to follow their mixing instructions. What dosage do you suggest I start at? (5'5", 185#) UGH! How will I mix to get that dosage?

    I'd start at 150 iu, PJ. Sorry about your problems! I'd mix with a total of 20 cc of fluid then use 60 units for a dose of 150.

    Colleen, I am using hcg drops I got before researching good brands. I'm wondering if my drops are fake? I have been having trouble with hunger and extreme cravings these past few days. Dropped dose down to 8 drops/3x a day and the next day was no better. Increased last night to 12drops and woke up without feeling like I needed to eat a large breakfast. I'm going to stay at 12 drops/3x and see what happens. Does that make sense?

    HELP!!! I gained a pound! I don't know what happened. I have stuck to protocol to a T, I even weigh my fruits and veggies. What could've happened? I might have a nervous breakdown, lol, not cool.

    If you are hungrier today on the 12 drops, I wouldn't stay on that dose, deb. Try 9 or 11. If that doesn't work, buy new drops.
