Soy is the worst oil to avoid but also margarine and any hydrogenated oils. Shredded cheese often has starch in it to keep it from sticking together so block cheese is better. Almond and coconut flour are just ground up nut flours which are fine if you're not sensitive to them.
Thanks so much. This makes things so much simpler. I was going crazy trying to figure this stuff out.

Hello, I have a question....I ordered 40 day injections on HCG. I know to do phase 3 off HCG, is it 6 or 8 weeks before the next round? I am confused.

Another question! Lol. My book says 3 days vlcd after stopping drops and forum says 2 days. I've always waited
The 3 days but I'm wondering why the discrepancy.

Michelle, it's 6 weeks total between rounds. Make sure you read Pounds and Inches because that's the real protocol and will answer most questions. You need to know for yourself so you don't get confused by what other people tell you.

Joline, it's 48 hours for homeopathic. It leaves the body faster than RX and works differently.

Am I that big of a rule follower that I'm
Too scared to wait only 48 hours? Lol. The last day is really hard and I'll be traveling. I hate when I get like this. Walking on eggshells afraid of of everything. Ugh!

Pretty much all of the hhcg users just wait 48 hours, Joline. You're actually harming yourself when you wait too long.

    That's great, lookintolose!

Hi I have a question. I am on VLCD day 5, hhcg pellets, 3/3xday. I've been thinking that dose is too high for me as I've had this nagging hunger (even while eating!) for the whole time. This morning I forgot to take my dose as I was so NOT hungry. I am feeling great for the first time this round (1st rd was 3 years ago). THIS is how I remember feeling on the diet!
So I'm guessing my dose is too high. My question is do I go down to 2/3xday? Do I start at lunch today or skip the whole day? Thank you in advance for any help.

Yes it sounds like your dose is too high. Try the 2 pellets 3x a day.

    Hi Colleen,

I have a few questions about someone I am helping with the diet. Its two parts one is she is on day 36 of a 40 day round and it is her first round, I have dropped her dosage consistently throughout the round due to extreme hunger. She is currently at 100 iu and is experiencing hunger again, however, a shot two days ago caused a huge purple bruise on her stomach and I am wondering if the bruise would hinder the uptake of the hcg or not. It currently is a skip day so evaluating her hunger as per the dosage protocol, I just want to make sure it is a high dosage and not low due to the bruise before I drop it to 80 iu for the last few days. Secondly, the next question pertains to p3 which she will start at the end of the week, she has a different type of hunger that makes me afraid that if she needs to do a steak day she will not be able to because her hunger is a "head hunger" where she gets frustrated, angry and then shuts down, because of this I am afraid that she won't be able to fast till the evening before eating the steak. We know she has low thyroid and has always had to eat to control this. So with steak day best what is the next best option for correction?

    Thanks in advance.

The bruise shouldn't matter to the dose. Skipping is the best idea. I don't really have any other suggestions to sub for a steak day unfortunately. I have never found anything else to be nearly as effective for me. Some have done Greek yogurt days or chicken thigh days, all kinds of things but only a steak day works for me the same way. Sorry!
